Conseiller Clientèle – Secteur Bancaire

Nous recherchons un Conseiller Clientèle talentueux et motivé, souhaitant évoluer dans un environnement stimulant, au sein d’une institution bancaire de référence.

Missions principales :

  • Gérer et développer un portefeuille de clients particuliers avec un souci constant de qualité de service.
  • Accompagner les clients dans leurs projets financiers en leur proposant des solutions sur mesure (épargne, crédit, assurance…).
  • Assurer la fidélisation de la clientèle à travers une relation de proximité, proactive et personnalisée.
  • Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux tout en respectant les normes de conformité et de qualité.
  • Travailler en synergie avec les équipes internes pour garantir une prise en charge efficace des demandes clients.

Requirements

Profil recherché :

  • Bac +5 en finance, commerce ou gestion.
  • Excellente aisance relationnelle et sens du contact.
  • Bon niveau d’expression, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
  • Forte orientation client et capacité à s’intégrer à une culture d’entreprise basée sur la rigueur, l’engagement et l’exigence.
  • Esprit organisé, méthodique et orienté résultats.
  • Goût du challenge, motivation et sens du service.
