The posting

Il y a vingt ans, les premières sélections Les Composantes voyaient le jour. Une histoire née d’une soif d’indépendance et d’une passion pour le vintage. Une manière instinctive de faire circuler les vêtements, guidée par une attention particulière à ce qui dure.

Dans son prolongement, Sézane prend vie en 2013 : la première marque de mode française née en ligne. Puis sont venus enrichir cet univers : Octobre Éditions pour les hommes, Les Composantes, dédiée cette fois à l’art de vivre, et Petit Sézane pour les enfants.

Tout s’est construit comme on avance dans la vie : par élans, par gestes spontanés avec cette manière d’apprendre en faisant. Une autre relation au détail, au service et au lien. Une autre manière d’habiller le réel, d’abord en ligne, puis à travers nos Appartements.

Nous recherchons aujourd’hui des talents créatifs, structurés et agiles qui partagent l’envie d’améliorer sans cesse tout ce qui peut l’être. Nous recherchons les talents de plusieurs Conseiller(e)s de vente (H/F) en contrat (21H, 16H & 8H), de mi août/début septembre à fin décembre/début janvier pour rejoindre notre Appartement Lyonnais. Ces postes sont basés à Lyon (69).

Rattaché(e) au Directeur de l’Appartement, vos principales responsabilités seront :

Délivrer une expérience client singulière :

  • Faire du client la priorité de l’appartement pour garantir un service client optimal ;
  • Incarner l’esprit et le style Sezane par une présentation impeccable (respect du grooming) ;
  • Accueillir vos clients avec générosité et empathie afin de leur offrir la meilleure expérience possible ;
  • Considérer la personnalité de vos Clients afin d'identifier ses désirs ;
  • Faire découvrir la Marque et nos différents univers/ produits ;
  • Etre ambassadeur de l'omnicanalité de la Marque (appartement et web) ;
  • Faire preuve de curiosité et développer une connaissance approfondie de la Marque et des produits ;
  • Être force de proposition d’actions spécifiques pour rendre l’expérience client mémorable et unique ;
  • Traiter les réclamations et insatisfactions clients pour satisfaire et fidéliser nos clients ;
  • Connaître notre politique RSE pour répondre aux clients.

Garantir l’image de Marque :

  • Connaître les règles de bases du merchandising Sézane ;
  • Vérifier l’étiquetage des produits sur le floor ;
  • Participer à l’implantation du merchandising et veiller à son suivi ;
  • Offrir aux clients une expérience shopping passionnante et inspirante ;
  • Suivre et maintenir le niveau commercial du point de vente ;
  • Avoir une culture mode pour être force de propositions.

Veiller au bon déroulement des Opérations :

  • Appliquer les politiques, Standards et procédures Sézane ;
  • Encaisser et respecter les procédures liées aux opérations ;
  • Effectuer les process de traitements spécifiques (retours, échanges, réservations) ;
  • Participer à la définition des effectifs nécessaires pour répondre aux attentes clients ;
  • Garantir la bonne gestion des stocks.

Avoir un esprit d’équipe :

  • Etre Team-player, participer à toutes les tâches annexes ;
  • Participer à la création d’un environnement positif et harmonieux pour créer une synergie de groupe ;
  • Relayer les engagements de la marque.

Requirements

  • Vous avez une première expérience réussie en prêt à porter, en hôtellerie, en restauration, en vente, en animation… ou pas encore, mais êtes animé par le relationnel client?
  • Vous avez le sens du service, une excellente présentation et une forte sensibilité mode ;
  • Vous avez l’esprit d’équipe, l’envie de partager et développer vos compétences dans un environnement agile et galvanisant ;
  • Vous n’aimez pas vous ennuyer car vous débordez d’énergie?
