Description du rôle Concevoir, développer et dispenser des formations en gestion de projets pour permettre aux intervenants d'acquérir les connaissances, habiletés et outils nécessaires, dans le respect des cadres de gouvernance et des meilleures pratiques. Le titulaire agit comme expert-conseil en transfert de connaissances et développement des compétences, et contribue à l'uniformisation des pratiques et à l'amélioration de la maturité organisationnelle.

Principaux champs d'action : développement de contenus pédagogiques · animation de formations (présentiel, distance, hybride) · accompagnement et coaching des gestionnaires et équipes · évaluation et amélioration continue.

Domaines de formation visés Cycle de vie d'un projet · gestion de portefeuille et de programmes · gouvernance et rôles · charte et plans de projet · parties prenantes et communications · portée, échéancier et coûts · risques et enjeux · gestion de la capacité.

Livrables attendus Plan de formation · parcours d'apprentissage par catégorie d'intervenants · matériel pédagogique complet · guides méthodologiques · outils de soutien · rapports d'évaluation · recommandations d'amélioration continue.

Exigences

  • Au moins 2 mandats de formation en gestion de portefeuille, de programmes et de projets (PPM)
  • Contribution à la mise en place ou l'amélioration de la maturité d'au moins 1 bureau de projets (PMO/BGP)
  • Expérience en application des cadres normatifs gouvernementaux du Québec (gestion des ressources informationnelles, investissements, gouvernance, reddition de comptes)
  • Connaissance approfondie des cadres méthodologiques reconnus (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe ou hybrides)
  • Expérience en contexte de transformation organisationnelle ou technologique

Certifications (atout majeur) Prosci ou équivalent (gestion du changement) · PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 ou Agile.
