Le Conseiller en acquisition de talents – secteur juridique joue un rôle central dans le développement stratégique de notre agence en assurant l’identification, l’attraction et la sélection des meilleurs professionnels du droit. Véritable partenaire des cabinets juridiques et des départements légaux d’entreprise, il/elle comprend les particularités du milieu juridique, ses exigences techniques et ses enjeux humains.

Responsabilités principales

  • Collaborer étroitement avec nos clients (cabinets, études notariales, services juridiques d’entreprises) afin de bien saisir leurs besoins en matière de recrutement : profils recherchés, compétences techniques, culture organisationnelle.
  • Déployer des stratégies d’acquisition de talents ciblées : veille active, chasse de tête, exploitation des réseaux professionnels, campagnes de recrutement spécialisées.
  • Évaluer les candidatures avec rigueur et professionnalisme : entretiens approfondis, validation des compétences juridiques, appréciation du savoir-être et du potentiel.
  • Maintenir une expérience candidat exemplaire en assurant une communication transparente et en guidant les professionnels tout au long du processus.
  • Représenter l’agence auprès des acteurs du milieu juridique : participation à des événements, développement de relations durables avec la communauté.
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux auprès des clients et contribuer à établir des partenariats de confiance basés sur la qualité du service et la compréhension du marché.
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des pratiques internes de recrutement et au développement de notre expertise sectorielle.

Compétences et qualités recherchées

  • Connaissance solide du secteur juridique et des différents rôles : avocats, techniciens juridiques, parajuristes, notaires, adjoint(e)s juridiques, etc (un atout).
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication, sens de l’écoute et capacité à bâtir des relations professionnelles crédibles.
  • Forte aisance en recherche de talents, utilisation de plateformes spécialisées et techniques de sourcing avancées.
  • Esprit analytique, capacité à évaluer avec précision la compatibilité des profils.
  • Professionnalisme, éthique, discrétion et respect de la confidentialité.
  • Autonomie, sens des priorités et approche orientée solutions.
