The posting

Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recherchons un Conseiller TPE spécialisé dans le secteur bancaire. Ce rôle est essentiel pour soutenir les Très Petites Entreprises (TPE) dans la gestion de leurs besoins financiers, en fournissant des conseils sur les produits bancaires, les crédits et les solutions d'investissement. En tant que Conseiller TPE, vous serez le point de contact principal pour nos clients, les aidant à établir des stratégies financières efficaces et à naviguer dans les opportunités du marché bancaire.

Responsibilities

  • Analyser les besoins financiers des TPE et proposer des solutions adaptées
  • Accompagner les clients dans la gestion de leurs comptes et de leurs produits bancaires
  • Délivrer des conseils sur les prêts, financements et produits d'épargne
  • Établir des relations de confiance avec les clients et maintenir un suivi régulier
  • Rester informé des évolutions du secteur bancaire et des nouvelles réglementations
  • Préparer et présenter des rapports sur les performances des investissements de clients
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres départements pour assurer un service complet et intégré

Requirements

  • Titulaires d'un diplôme en finance, banque ou domaine connexe
  • Expérience antérieure dans le conseil auprès de TPE ou d'entreprises
  • Compétences exceptionnelles en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
  • Maîtrise des outils numériques et des logiciels de gestion financière
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
  • Orienté vers le résultat et la satisfaction client
