The posting

Solution SFT cherche des PCO qui agiront à titre de Conseillers en planification et contrôle de projets , dans ce poste vous interviendrez dans le cadre d'un projet client qui relève du secteur public dans la ville du Québec ;

les travaux se feront en mode hybride ! (Majoritairement en télétravail)

Responsabilités :

• Élaborer les planifications, leur structure et leur découpage en activités :

o En collaboration avec les responsables des projets et des opérations;

o En conformité des méthodes, processus et pratiques établis à la Société;

o En conformité des échéances et des budgets autorisés;

o En fonction des évolutions organisationnelles et des changements qui surviennent dans les projets et les unités administratives;

o À l’aide des logiciels et systèmes en usage à la Société, notamment MS Project, Solution de gestion de projet d’entreprise (SGPE) et Azure DevOps.

• Assurer l’entretien, la mise à jour et le suivi des planifications, activités et assignations;

• Effectuer le suivi de la production et de l'approbation des efforts affectés aux planifications, produire les rapports afférents et accompagner au besoin les intervenants impliqués;

• Contribuer au suivi des bons de commandes et des forfaits;

• Concilier les données financières avec celles inscrites dans les systèmes comptables de la Société et corriger les écarts s’il y a lieu ;

• Effectuer la clôture des projets et des années financières des unités administratives.

• Assurer le suivi du calendrier de reddition de comptes, réaliser les activités afférentes et produire les redditions requises;

• Produire les tableaux de bord et les indicateurs de performance et de gestion des projets et des opérations et les justificatifs afférents;

• Effectuer le suivi, l’ajustement et la production de données financières liées aux projets et aux unités administratives;

• Établir des projections budgétaires pour les projets et les unités administratives;

• Identifier et justifier les écarts budgétaires.

Requis :

1. Avoir un minimum de quatre (4) années d’expérience à titre de conseiller en planification et contrôle de projet (PCO);

2. Posséder un minimum de trois (3) années dans le domaine des technologies de l’information ;

3. Au cours des cinq (5) dernières années, avoir réalisé, à titre de conseiller en planification et contrôle de projet (PCO), un minimum de 480 jours-personnes, dans un maximum de trois (3) mandats. Chaque mandat présenté doit faire partie d’un projet d’une envergure minimale de 1 100 jours-personne qui ont été réalisés dans un contexte organisationnel avec une planification et une organisation d’équipe en matriciel et ce, dans un contexte de projets agiles en TI;

4. Avoir un minimum de deux (2) années d'expérience en accompagnement d'utilisateurs d'outils de gestion (ex : plans de projet, tableaux de bord, registres, etc.);

5. Posséder un minimum d’une (1) année d'expérience dans la mise en application des techniques de planification, de suivi et contrôle de projet basé sur la valeur acquise, les analyses de variance et les indicateurs de performance relatives aux délais et aux coûts;

6. Un minimum de deux (2) années d’expérience dans un environnement d'utilisation du logiciel MS-Project, dont une (1) année dans un environnement EPM/Project Server.
