The posting

PAG Manufacturing está buscando empleados de construcción para ayudar a nuestro gerente de proyecto con proyectos de construcción, remodelación o demolición en curso. Se solicitan varias plazas; construcción general, mano de obra pesada, obreros, albañil, gypson board, carpinteros, plomeros, electricista, operadores y Choferes.

Puede incluir:

  • Levantar, llevar y mover materiales pesados, herramientas y equipo.
  • Operar maquinaria o herramientas pequeñas bajo supervisión.
  • Utilizar herramientas manuales (martillos, palas, sierras) y maquinaria ligera (mezcladoras, compactadores) de forma segura. [1, 2]
  • Transportar materiales a diversas ubicaciones dentro de un sitio de trabajo.
  • El mantenimiento rutinario de herramientas y equipo a menudo forma parte del trabajo.
  • Capaz de identificar y reportar cualquier mal funcionamiento o problema con los equipos o maquinaria.
  • Mantener limpia y organizada el área de trabajo.
  • Cumplir estrictamente con las normativas de seguridad (como las directrices de OSHA), utilizando el equipo de protección personal (EPP) en todo momento.

Requirements

Los trabajadores deben adherirse siempre a las regulaciones y pautas de seguridad para minimizar el riesgo de accidentes y lesiones (OSHA). Actitud de trabajo en equipo, disciplina, puntualidad y respeto son indispensables. Usar el equipo de protección personal (PPE) adecuado y seguir los procedimientos de seguridad. Puede ser necesario realizar una amplia variedad de tareas y adaptarse a condiciones de trabajo cambiantes, según los requisitos del proyecto.

  • Experiencia en proyectos de construcción o trabajos de mano de obra general, preferiblemente
  • Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y seguir instrucciones.
  • Excelente condición física, con la capacidad de levantar objetos pesados (hasta 50 lbs) y estar de pie o en movimiento durante jornadas largas.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar al aire libre, expuesto a diversas condiciones climáticas
  • Conocimiento del uso de herramientas y equipos de construcción
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a viernes en un horario de 7:00 am a 4:00 pm, horas extras y fines de semanas, de ser necesario.
