【割合と責任】

ロボットシステムのハードウェアデプロイメントを推進し、建築設計者・Field EngineerやNetwork Engineerを含む社内外の関係者、ベンダー、お客様と連携しながら、現場導入における計画策定、進捗管理、課題解決、関係者調整をリードしていただきます。

【職務内容】

  • 自動倉庫導入における事前計画資料作成（工事見積もり取得資料作成・建築設備関連計画）
  • 自動倉庫導入における、弊社の工事管理業務
  • 工事関係社会議の運営・課題管理・工事コスト管理・発注サポート
  • 工事・施工資料作成
  • チーム内でのアイデア出し・企画業務
  • チーム内での事務処理サポート

Requirements

【必須要件】

  • 現場での施工管理経験。工事を管理したという意味では建築・内装・プラント・電気等の業種を問いません。（主任技術者レベルを想定）
  • 工程管理・品質管理・安全管理に関する知識 。スケジュール内で安全に工事を完了した経験をお持ちの方を希望します。
  • お客様・関係者と良好で効率的なコミュニケーションを行うことができるスキル
  • 現場での課題・問題を迅速・効果的に解決する問題解決能力
  • Word・Excel・Power Point等を利用した工事関連資料の作成
  • 国内出張可能な方

【望ましい要件】

  • 仕組み化を行うことで、仕事を「作業」に変換できるスキル
  • 倉庫に関わる工事管理の経験がある方
