  • Identify potential cost overruns, scheduling conflicts, scope discrepancies, procurement challenges, and field issues, implementing solutions to minimize their impact.
  • Review contracts and project requirements to identify additional work, prepare change orders, and manage potential cost exposures.
  • Ensure field teams have current drawings, materials, technical information, and resources needed to complete installations efficiently.
  • Work with estimating and operations teams to coordinate project handoffs and align budgets, scopes, and execution plans.
  • Manage subcontractor and supplier performance, resolving issues that could affect quality, costs, or deadlines.
  • Oversee punch-list completion, warranty obligations, project turnover, final documentation, and closeout activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project partners.

Requirements

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
