Sulla nostra sede di Milano si apre l’opportunità di inserire un/a Consulente del Lavoro, un/una professionista di alto livello che desideri andare oltre la consulenza tradizionale per diventare un punto di riferimento strategico per clienti prestigiosi e per la nostra organizzazione. Non stiamo semplicemente cercando di coprire una posizione, ma di inserire una figura chiave che contribuirà attivamente al nostro successo futuro.

Di cosa ti occuperai?

Sotto la guida del Audit & Consulting Manager, potrai gestire le attività di consulenza del lavoro, avendo in capo la gestione globale del cliente (realtà di medio-grandi dimensioni), dalla fase pre-sales in supporto alla forza commerciale, a quella di implementazione del progetto ed erogazione del servizio:

  • Consulenza Strategica e Audit Giuslavoristico
  • Gestione delle Relazioni Industriali e del Contenzioso
  • Progettazione di piani di Compensation & Benefit e Welfare Aziendale
  • Supporto allo sviluppo del business e ottimizzazione dei servizi

Requirements

Il tuo profilo

  • Sei in possesso dell'abilitazione alla consulenza del lavoro
  • Hai pregressa esperienza in ambito payroll
  • Hai esperienza di almeno 5 anni in primari studi o services strutturati
  • Ti contraddistinguono doti di flessibilità e proattività
  • Hai disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio regionale
  • Puoi garantire disponibilità full time e a lavorare in esclusiva per Labor-b
  • Possiedi dimestichezza con il pacchetto Office
