  • Consulente di Vendita Junior

per conto di prestigioso e storico brand operante nel settore Automotive, nonché punto di riferimento per la mobilità sostenibile e per l'intero ecosistema di servizi che ruotano attorno ad essa.

Descrizione del Ruolo

La risorsa sarà focalizzata nella vendita di un vasto parco usato certificato. Le attività che avrà modo di svolgere saranno le seguenti:

  • Gestione Trattativa: Trasformazione degli appuntamenti fissati tramite catalogo digitale in vendite concrete;
  • Volumi: Gestione di un importante flusso di contratti (target individuale di 15-20 unità sul nuovo e supporto alla rotazione dello stock usato da oltre 30 unità mensili per sede);
  • Test Drive: Conduzione di brevi prove su strada per finalizzare l'acquisto;
  • Pricing & Finance: Gestione dei piani di pagamento dilazionati in collaborazione con l'ufficio pricing interno.

Requirements

La risorsa ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:

  • Forte attitudine alla vendita, orientamento ai risultati e capacità di negoziazione con spinta alla chiusura delle trattative;
  • Preferibile background nel settore vendite, con abitudine alla gestione del pubblico e degli obiettivi commerciali.
  • Ottimo utilizzo del pacchetto MS Office (specialmente Excel) e dimestichezza nell'uso di gestionali e cataloghi digitali.
  • Eccellente capacità comunicativa e approccio consulenziale dinamico.
  • Flessibilità su ritmi sostenuti e disponibilità alle aperture domenicali previste.

Cosa offriamo (Inquadramento e Benefit):

  • Tipologia contrattuale: Collaborazione a Partita IVA (P.IVA);
  • Compenso Fisso Mensile: Un contributo fisso garantito con un range compreso tra € 700,00 e € 1.200,00 (commisurato all'esperienza e alle competenze del candidato);
  • Piano Provvigionale (Variabile): Provvigioni dinamiche e incentivanti, calcolate direttamente in base al numero di pezzi venduti sul segmento Usato.
