Rattaché(e) à la DSI, vous serez l'interlocuteur/trice permanent(e) capable de transformer les besoins métiers en solutions SI utiles, maîtrisées, documentées et effectivement adoptées par les utilisateurs.

Vos missions

Cadrage et qualification des besoins

  • Recueillir, analyser, challenger et prioriser les besoins des directions métiers
  • Formaliser objectifs, périmètre, contraintes, risques et critères de succès
  • Élaborer notes de cadrage, études d'opportunité et dossiers d'aide à la décision

Conception fonctionnelle et consultation

  • Cartographier les processus existants et cibles, proposer des scénarios d'amélioration
  • Rédiger expressions de besoins, spécifications fonctionnelles et cahiers des charges
  • Participer à l'analyse des offres, aux soutenances et à la contractualisation

Pilotage de projets

  • Construire et tenir à jour planning, budget, RACI, registre des risques et tableaux de bord
  • Animer ateliers, comités projet, COPIL ; formaliser les décisions
  • Contrôler l'avancement des prestataires et la conformité des livrables

Recette, déploiement et conduite du changement

  • Définir la stratégie de recette, coordonner les tests métiers et les décisions Go/No Go
  • Préparer déploiement, supports utilisateurs, formations et communication
  • Suivre l'adoption et les bénéfices attendus

Gouvernance et capitalisation

  • Maintenir une documentation projet homogène et traçable
  • Contribuer au suivi consolidé du portefeuille projets SI
  • Capitaliser retours d'expérience, standards et bonnes pratiques

Le profil que nous recherchons

  • Formation : Bac+5 en systèmes d'information, ingénierie, management de projet ou école de commerce avec spécialisation SI
  • Expérience : Minimum 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle, dont au moins 4 ans en AMOA, Business Analysis ou pilotage fonctionnel de projets SI
  • Expérience souhaitée : Projets transverses multi-directions, gestion de prestataires externes, consultation/contractualisation, recette et conduite du changement
  • Secteurs appréciés : Entreprise structurée, établissement public, finance ou secteur fortement réglementé, environnement multi-prestataires
  • Langues : Excellente maîtrise du français ; anglais professionnel

Compétences requises

  • Recueil et analyse des besoins, modélisation des processus, animation d'ateliers
  • Gestion de projet en cycle en V, Agile ou hybride
  • Connaissance de la gouvernance SI, qualité de service, sécurité et protection des données
  • Maîtrise avancée de MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) et MS Project ; pratique de Jira, Azure DevOps ; connaissance de Visio, BPMN ou UML
  • Un plus : Power BI, SharePoint/Microsoft 365, outils de GED
  • Certifications appréciées : PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, ITIL, PMI-PBA

Qualités personnelles

Rigueur, autonomie et sens de l'organisation ; excellentes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de présentation face à des interlocuteurs de niveau Direction Générale ; écoute, diplomatie et leadership transversal ; esprit critique et sens du service.
