Le rôle Nos consultants aident nos clients à planifier leurs chaînes d'approvisionnement. En collaboration avec des partenaires, des directeurs et des chefs de projet, il vous sera demandé de:

  • Vérifier comment les entreprises prévoient la demande et planifient les stocks.
  • Recommander des améliorations de processus et de logiciels pour aider nos clients à mieux servir leurs clients ;
  • Mettre en œuvre et faciliter les processus de planification ;
  • Configurer et soutenir les systèmes logiciels qui gèrent les chaînes d'approvisionnement.

Responsabilités

  • Analyser, documenter et calculer les données relatives à la logistique et aux opérations commerciales ;
  • Modéliser les processus d'entreprise afin d'élaborer des recommandations innovantes pour les clients ;
  • Élaborer des rapports personnalisés et des indicateurs de performance clés à partir de plusieurs systèmes logiciels ;
  • Communiquer des analyses techniques aux équipes de projet et aux clients de manière claire et concise ;
  • Rédiger des documents de formation pour les clients ;
  • Participer à des réunions avec nos clients.

Expérience souhaitée

  • Baccalauréat en ingénierie, mathématiques, logiciels, sciences ou dans un domaine connexe;
  • Être en mesure de voyager au Canada et aux États-Unis jusqu'à 20 % du temps;
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit *Le bilinguisme est exigé pour ce poste afin de mener des activités à l'extérieur de la province de Québec;
  • Maîtrise de Word, Excel et PowerPoint;

  • Capacité à gérer simultanément plusieurs missions avec des conseils;
  • Capacité à résoudre les problèmes de manière proactive, à gérer l'ambiguïté et à élaborer des solutions innovantes de manière indépendante.

Expérience que nous considérons comme un atout

  • Expérience avec des logiciels ou des entreprises liés à la chaîne d'approvisionnement;
  • Expérience de la gestion de bases de données et de la syntaxe SQL;
  • Expérience du langage de programmation Java;

The Role

Our Consultants help our clients plan their supply chains. Working with partners, directors, and project managers, you will:

  • Audit how companies forecast demand and plan inventory.
  • Recommend process and software improvements to help our clients better serve their customers;
  • Implement and facilitate planning processes ;
  • Configure and support software systems that run supply chains.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, document and calculate logistics and business operations data;
  • Model business processes to develop innovative recommendations for clients;
  • Build custom reports and KPIs from multiple software systems;
  • Communicate technical analyses to project teams and clients clearly and concisely;
  • Write training documentation for clients;
  • Attend client-facing meetings.

Desired Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, software, science or a related field;
  • Be able to travel within Canada and the United States up to 20% of the time;
  • Excellent written and spoken English and French *Bilingualism is required for this role in order to conduct business outside of the province of Québec;
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

  • Strong analytical and logical/mathematical problem-solving capabilities;
  • Superior verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
  • Attention to detail and quality;
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously with guidance;
  • Ability to problem solve proactively as well as navigate ambiguity and craft innovative solutions independently.

Experience We Consider a Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with supply chain related software;
  • Experience with database management and SQL Syntax;
  • Experience with java programming language.
