Un rôle stratégique et réglementé

Chez Altesia, tu accompagnes des organisations dans la gestion de leurs procédures de marchés publics, en garantissant la conformité réglementaire tout en optimisant la performance achats.

Tu interviens auprès d’une diversité de clients et d’organisations, ce qui te permet de découvrir différents systèmes, processus, structures et secteurs d’activité.

Cette diversité de missions te permet de :

  • analyser les besoins des équipes internes et définir une stratégie d’achat adaptée,
  • préparer et rédiger les cahiers des charges et dossiers d’appel d’offres,
  • gérer les procédures de marchés publics de bout en bout,
  • lancer et suivre les appels d’offres, consultations et procédures de passation,
  • analyser les offres reçues (coût, qualité, délais) et participer aux comités d’attribution,
  • assurer la revue et le suivi contractuel selon la réglementation,
  • accompagner les équipes internes dans la structuration et l’amélioration des processus achats,
  • superviser l’exécution des contrats et gérer la relation fournisseurs,
  • identifier des leviers d’optimisation des dépenses et contribuer au reporting et au suivi des performances,
  • assurer une veille réglementaire sur les évolutions des marchés publics.

Tu combines expertise réglementaire, approche analytique et collaboration avec les différents stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Master en droit, gestion, économie, achats ou domaine connexe.
  • 2 à 7 ans d’expérience en marchés publics / achats réglementés.
  • Bonne connaissance de la législation des marchés publics.
  • Expérience dans la rédaction d’appels d’offres et la gestion contractuelle.
  • Bonne connaissance des outils de gestion des achats (ERP ou logiciels spécialisés).
  • Compétences analytiques et rigueur dans la conformité et le contrôle des processus.
  • Sens de l’organisation et capacité à gérer des procédures complexes.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français ; le néerlandais et l’anglais sont des atouts.
