Η θέση αφορά την υποστήριξη της PLAS, θυγατρικής εταιρείας του Ομίλου PLANET, με κύριο αντικείμενο τη συμμετοχή σε έργα HR Transformation, Organizational Management και οργανωτικού μετασχηματισμού.

Ο ρόλος αφορά την συμμετοχή στην υλοποίηση συμβουλευτικών έργων, με έμφαση σε θέματα ανθρώπινου δυναμικού, βελτίωσης διαδικασιών, οργανωτικής λειτουργίας και διαχείρισης αλλαγής, ενώ παράλληλα θα υποστηρίζει και την εμπορική προσπάθεια της PLAS.

Responsibilities

  • Συμμετοχή σε έργα οργανωτικού μετασχηματισμού και βελτίωσης λειτουργιών ανθρώπινου δυναμικού.
  • Υποστήριξη στην ανάλυση αναγκών πελατών, στην αποτύπωση διαδικασιών και στη διαμόρφωση προτάσεων βελτίωσης.
  • Συμβολή στην προετοιμασία παρουσιάσεων, αναφορών, παραδοτέων και υλικού επικοινωνίας προς πελάτες.
  • Υποστήριξη της εμπορικής προσπάθειας της PLAS, μέσω συμμετοχής σε συναντήσεις, προετοιμασίας υλικού και παρακολούθησης ευκαιριών.
  • Συνεργασία με ομάδες έργου και στελέχη της εταιρείας για την ομαλή υλοποίηση συμβουλευτικών έργων.
  • Παρακολούθηση ενεργειών, χρονοδιαγραμμάτων και εκκρεμοτήτων σε σχέση με έργα και εμπορικές δράσεις.
  • Συμμετοχή σε δράσεις επικοινωνίας με υφιστάμενους και δυνητικούς πελάτες, με επαγγελματισμό και εξωστρέφεια.

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο Ανώτατης Εκπαίδευσης σε Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Ανθρώπινο Δυναμικό, Οργάνωση & Διοίκηση, Ψυχολογία, Κοινωνικές Επιστήμες ή συναφές αντικείμενο.
  • 3–5 έτη επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας σε έργα Ανθρώπινου δυναμικού, HR Transformation, Organizational Transformation ή συμβουλευτικά έργα.
  • Καλή κατανόηση θεμάτων ανθρώπινου δυναμικού, οργανωτικής λειτουργίας και μετασχηματισμού.
  • Ικανότητα σύνταξης παρουσιάσεων, αναφορών και επαγγελματικών κειμένων.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας, σε γραπτό και προφορικό επίπεδο.
  • Εξωστρέφεια, επικοινωνιακή ικανότητα, επαγγελματική παρουσία και διάθεση για εμπορική έκθεση.
  • Οργανωτικότητα, υπευθυνότητα, ομαδικότητα και ικανότητα τήρησης προθεσμιών.

Επιθυμητά προσόντα

  • Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σπουδών σε Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Change Management ή συναφές αντικείμενο.
  • Επιθυμητή προϋπηρεσία σε εταιρεία consulting ή σε περιβάλλον παροχής επαγγελματικών υπηρεσιών.
