Interface is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consultant RH - Orga to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to helping our clients optimize their organizational structures and human resources processes to enhance overall business performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR consulting with a focus on organizational design, change management, and strategic workforce planning. As a Consultant RH - Orga at Interface, you will collaborate closely with clients to diagnose organizational challenges, develop tailored solutions, and implement effective HR strategies that align with their business goals. You will be expected to stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in HR and organizational development to provide innovative and impactful recommendations. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your insights and expertise will directly contribute to the success of various organizations across multiple industries. Responsibilities

  • Analyze client organizational structures and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide expert advice on change management and workforce transformation.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to support HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of solutions.
  • Perform thorough assessments of human capital to inform strategic planning.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients highlighting recommendations and outcomes.
  • Support clients in talent management, succession planning, and performance optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR consultant or organizational development specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and organizational design principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics tools and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and clients.
