Tu rol será fundamental para proporcionar asesoría experta en proyectos que impulsan la movilidad sostenible y el crecimiento económico. Buscamos a alguien capaz de traducir preguntas complejas en respuestas innovadoras, asegurando siempre la excelencia y el rigor técnico que nos caracteriza

Requirements

Responsabilidades

· Colaborar estrechamente con personal senior y consultores de la red global para asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos estratégicos.

· Asistir en la gestión operativa y administrativa tanto de la oficina como de los proyectos en ejecución.

· Contribuir al diseño de modelos técnicos para la asesoría técnica, abarcando desde la recolección de datos en campo hasta la calibración, validación y pruebas de confiabilidad de las simulaciones.

· Participar activamente en la elaboración de propuestas comerciales menores bajo supervisión técnica.

· Gestionar el desarrollo de estudios de tránsito y movilidad para entidades públicas y privadas, con enfoque en grandes generadores de viajes e infraestructura de transporte público.

· Procesar e interpretar datos complejos para generar conclusiones estratégicas y material de presentación de alto impacto.

Experiencia, habilidades y conocimiento

  • Título profesional en Ingeniería Civil, Urbanista o carreras afines con formacion en transporte (Indispensable)
  • Experiencia profesional entre 0 a 3 años en áreas relevantes al sector transporte (deseable)
  • Dominio experto de Microsoft Excel y manejo avanzado de la suite Office (Word, PowerPoint y Outlook).
  • Bilingüe (B1/B2)
  • Capacidad para planear, redactar y estructurar reportes y propuestas de forma clara, concisa y con ortografía impecable.
  • Habilidad para asumir la propiedad de flujos de trabajo, gestionando múltiples tareas en paralelo con estricto cumplimiento de cronogramas.
  • Adaptabilidad para trabajar en equipos multidisciplinarios y multiculturales, aportando soluciones creativas a problemas complejos.
  • Conocimiento de políticas, estándares y dinámicas comerciales del sector transporte.
