Como Consultor(a) Sênior em Gestão de Mudança, você lidera projetos estratégicos de transformação organizacional, apoiando clientes no desenho e na implementação de estratégias integradas de mudança. Contribui com visão estratégica e autonomia, atuando como referência metodológica da prática e orientando perfis mais juniores na execução dos projetos..

Escopo e responsabilidades:

• Liderança de projetos de mudança:

o Planejar, liderar e supervisionar a implementação da metodologia de Gestão de Mudança nos projetos.

o Desenhar estratégias integradas de mudança: comunicação, treinamento, patrocínio, gestão de resistência e sustentação.

o Garantir o alinhamento entre objetivos do negócio, necessidades do cliente e soluções de mudança.

o Integrar informações provenientes de focus groups e ferramentas de escuta organizacional para desenvolver estratégias centradas no usuário final.

· Interação com stakeholders de alto nível:

o Facilitar sessões com comitês executivos, sponsors e líderes-chave.

o Adaptar linguagem, entregáveis e estratégia ao contexto cultural e político de cada organização, exceto materiais, conceitos, ferramentas, metodologias ou nomes com propriedade intelectual da Prosci.

o Construir relações de confiança e assessorar tomadores de decisão durante a transformação.

· Gestão de riscos e melhoria contínua:

o Identificar antecipadamente barreiras organizacionais e riscos relacionados à mudança.

o Propor soluções corretivas e ajustes estratégicos baseados em dados e insights do cliente.

o Liderar sessões de retrospectiva e aprendizado após o encerramento do projeto.

o Identificar, resolver e/ou reportar internamente incidentes relacionados à conta ou à entrega do serviço, considerando os valores Prosci e as diretrizes de Consultoria.

Requirements

Requisitos técnicos e qualificações:

Certificação Prosci em Change Management (obrigatória)

Experiência comprovada (5+ anos) em projetos de gestão da mudança organizacional

Vivência em projetos de transformação digital, ERP, fusões/aquisições ou reestruturação

Forte capacidade de comunicação, negociação e influência com stakeholders seniores

Experiência em avaliação de impacto, planos de comunicação e treinamento

Inglês avançado (desejável)

• Localização: São Paulo e Fortalezav

• Formação: Graduação em áreas correlatas (Comunicação, Psicologia, Administração, Engenharia, etc.)

• Ferramentas:

o Domínio de Microsoft 365, Teams, Miro, dashboards ADKAR, ferramentas colaborativas e de visualização
