Requirements

  • Profesional universitario egresado de las carreras de Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Software o carreras afines. Estudios de postgrado (Deseable).

🎯5 años o más de experiencia en el rol, con conocimientos y experiencia en:

  • SAP MM (Materials Management).
  • Gestión de compras y abastecimiento.
  • Gestión de inventarios y almacenes.
  • Datos maestros de materiales y proveedores.
  • Solicitudes y pedidos de compra.
  • Recepción y movimientos de mercancías.
  • Verificación de facturas (LIV).
  • Planificación de materiales (MRP).
  • Integración con SAP FI.
  • Configuración funcional de SAP MM.
  • Procesos logísticos y cadena de suministro (Supply Chain).
  • Análisis y mejora de procesos de abastecimiento.
  • Experiencia en el análisis, configuración y soporte de procesos de aprovisionamiento.
  • Gestión de datos maestros, control de stock, recepción de mercancías y verificación de facturas.
  • Capacidad para integrar procesos con los módulos SAP FI,SD, identificar oportunidades de mejora y optimizar la gestión logística y de la cadena de suministro, asegurando la eficiencia operativa y el cumplimiento de los objetivos del negocio.

🎯Conocimientos deseables:

  • Conocimientos básicos de ABAP (debugging).
  • Certificación en SAP MM.
  • Inglés deseable.

🚀 Principales responsabilidades

  • Levantar y analizar los requerimientos del negocio relacionados con compras, abastecimiento e inventarios.
  • Diseñar y definir los procesos SAP MM alineados a las necesidades de la organización.
  • Configurar y parametrizar el módulo SAP MM.
  • Definir la estructura organizativa (centros, almacenes, organizaciones y grupos de compras).
  • Realizar el análisis y diseño de datos maestros de materiales y proveedores.
  • Coordinar las integraciones con otros módulos SAP (FI).
  • Elaborar especificaciones funcionales para desarrollos,reportes.
  • Ejecutar pruebas unitarias, integrales y de aceptación de usuario..
  • Capacitar a usuarios clave y finales.
  • Participar en la migración y validación de datos.
  • Brindar soporte durante la salida en vivo (Go-Live) y estabilización.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora y optimización de procesos de compras e inventarios.
  • Elaborar documentación funcional y procedimientos operativos.
