Estamos buscando un Consultor Técnico Jr / Semi Sr con formación o experiencia en tecnología, buenas bases técnicas y excelentes habilidades de comunicación para unirse a compañía.

La posición combina tareas técnicas sobre aplicaciones existentes con interacción directa con clientes y usuarios de negocio. Buscamos una persona que pueda entender una necesidad, analizarla desde lo técnico y explicarla de manera simple a personas que no necesariamente tienen conocimientos de TI.

No buscamos un perfil Senior ni esperamos dominio previo de todas las tecnologías. Priorizamos buenas bases de programación, capacidad analítica, actitud, comunicación y disposición para aprender. El equipo brindará acompañamiento y capacitación sobre las herramientas específicas del proyecto.

Responsabilidades

* Dar soporte y mantenimiento a aplicaciones existentes.

* Analizar requerimientos funcionales y técnicos.

* Realizar ajustes y desarrollos sobre sistemas Legacy.

* Trabajar con aplicaciones desarrolladas en Visual Basic 5 y .NET.

* Crear, modificar y mantener consultas, scripts y procedimientos en Transact-SQL (T-SQL).

* Analizar incidencias y colaborar en su resolución.

* Interactuar directamente con clientes y usuarios de negocio.

* Traducir necesidades de negocio a requerimientos técnicos y explicar conceptos de manera sencilla.

* Documentar cambios, soluciones e incidencias.

* Trabajar junto al equipo técnico en la mejora y mantenimiento de las aplicaciones.

Requisitos

* Formación: Sistemas, Informática, Programación o carreras relacionadas, completa o en curso.

* Experiencia: 1 a 3 años en desarrollo, soporte de aplicaciones o posiciones técnicas similares.

* Conocimientos:

* Buenas bases de programación y lógica.

* Bases de datos relacionales y SQL.

* Experiencia con algún lenguaje de programación backend (ej. .NET, Java, Visual Basic o similares).

* Habilidades: Capacidad analítica, buen nivel de comunicación, autonomía, responsabilidad y ganas de aprender.

Será valorado

* Experiencia con Visual Basic 5 / Visual Basic clásico.

* Experiencia con .NET / C#.

* Conocimientos de Transact-SQL (T-SQL) y SQL Server.

* Experiencia en mantenimiento o modernización de sistemas Legacy.

* Experiencia previa en soporte o contacto con usuarios/clientes.

Modalidad de contratación

* Dedicación: Full Time.

* Modalidad: Remota (Residencia en Hispanic Latam).

* Duración: Preferentemente por tiempo indeterminado. También se podrán considerar contratos iniciales de 6 meses o más, con posibilidad de continuidad.
