In qualità di Contabile Aziendale sarai responsabile della:

  • Acquisizione, gestione ed archiviazione della documentazione necessaria per la predisposizione della contabilità (contratti, fatture attive e passive, scontrini, note spese, etc..);
  • Gestione del ciclo attivo di fatturazione nazionale ed estero (registrazione, riconciliazione ed emissione delle relative autofatture);
  • Gestione prima nota e riconciliazioni bancarie;
  • Gestione degli incassi/pagamenti e predisposizione scadenziario pagamento fornitori/clienti. Solleciti a clienti in caso di ritardato incasso;
  • Assistenza alla direzione nella fase di predisposizione di analisi finanziarie, dei dati per la predisposizione del budget e dei report sui principali KPI aziendali e nella valutazione dell' economicità di specifici progetti aziendali;
  • Gestione dei rapporti con enti esterni e di controllo, tra cui banche/istituti di credito e società di revisione e preparazione della relativa documentazione;
  • Predisposizione documentazione per il consulente del lavoro.

Requirements

  • Laurea o Master in discipline economiche (contabilità, finanza o amministrazione aziendale);
  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza pregressa in ruoli analoghi;
  • Conoscenza del programma di contabilità TeamSystem Azienda;
  • Conoscenza avanzata di Excel e del suo utilizzo professionale;
  • Conoscenza delle normative relative alla contabilità generale;
  • Conoscenza delle normative fiscali, tributarie e finanziarie;
  • Sensibilità nella gestione di informazioni e dati riservati;
  • Capacità di analisi e puntualità nella gestione dei dati;
  • Capacità di comunicazione orale e scritta;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • Disponibilità Part-Time 20 ore settimanali.
