Ali Professional, per conto di una prestigiosa azienda di servizi leader nel settore, ricerca un/una Impiegato/a Contabile con esperienza specifica in ambito condominiale per la propria sede di Milano (Cernusco sul Naviglio).

🎯 Il Tuo Ruolo

Inserito/a in un team strutturato e dinamico, avrai la responsabilità della gestione contabile completa del pacchetto condomini assegnato. Le tue attività principali includeranno:

• Gestione Ciclo Passivo: caricamento fatture e gestione dei solleciti di pagamento.

• Analisi Contabile: ricostruzione contabile dettagliata per i condomini di competenza.

• Tesoreria: riconciliazioni bancarie periodiche.

• Bilanci e Chiusure: predisposizione del bilancio, incluse quadrature patrimoniali e analisi dello stato economico.

• Supporto Amministrativo: gestione degli adempimenti amministrativi condominiali in senso ampio.

• Contratto: assunzione a tempo pieno (Full Time).

• Inquadramento: CCNL SACI Amministratori di condominio.

• Orario di lavoro: 40 ore settimanali, dal lunedì al venerdì (09:00-13:00 / 14:00-18:00).

• Sede: ufficio prestigioso nel cuore di Milano (Centro).
