El alcance de las funciones del Contable incluye garantizar minuciosidad y precisión del proceso de cierre del libro mayor general de fin de mes para la preparación de estados financieros. Responsable de administrar los registros financieros que rastrean los gastos, ganancias y pérdidas, flujo de efectivo y otras actividades financieras de una empresa.

Funciones:

  • Responsable de analizar, documentar y explicar los cambios en los ingresos, gastos, saldos de efectivo y tendencias de la cuenta del balance y analizar, documentar y explicar las variaciones en el presupuesto, incluidos los impulsores.
  • Responsable de la contabilidad del ciclo de inventario de toda la empresa, incluidos los informes precisos y oportunos de adiciones y retiros.
  • Asistir en inventarios físicos según sea necesario.
  • Responsable de la contabilidad de gastos de capital, incluido el registro preciso y oportuno de devengos, facturas y deterioros.
  • Capacidad para analizar las cuentas y comprender el impacto en el presupuesto de los proyectos.
  • Responsable de garantizar que todos los procesos contables cumplan con los requisitos y controles.
  • Responsable de garantizar que toda la información necesaria del segmento se procese con precisión y cumpla con todos los requisitos legales y reglamentarios, incluidos los impuestos sobre las ventas y el uso, el impuesto sobre el volumen de negocios, los impuestos sobre la propiedad.
  • Responsable de garantizar que toda la información necesaria se procese a tiempo para garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de información de las líneas de crédito. Capacidad para evaluar convenios bancarios e implicaciones.
  • Apoyar el desarrollo e implementación de nuevos procedimientos y funcionalidades para mejorar el flujo de trabajo del departamento.
  • Asistir al gerente y controlador de contabilidad sénior para garantizar una auditoría de fin de año limpia y oportuna.
  • Adoptar los controles internos existentes y procurar su fiel cumplimiento.
  • Mantiene y apoya relaciones efectivas con el personal.
  • Revisa los cheques emitidos por diferentes conceptos, tales como: pagos a proveedores, pagos de servicios, inventario, avances a justificar, incremento o creación de fondos fijos, fondos esenciales y de funcionamiento, alquileres u otras asignaciones especiales.
  • Notificar cualquier desviación de control de costos, gastos y compras.
  • Adhiere y aplica los procedimientos y políticas financieras establecidas por la compañía.
  • Seguimiento a los recibos de todas las operaciones contables como parte de los cierres.
  • La revisión de los registros relacionados con los sistemas financieros.
  • Seguimiento a la emisión, la codificación, y la autorización de órdenes de compra
  • Seguimiento para la compilación de los documentos de origen.
  • Verificar los depósitos de origen.
  • Mantenerse informado sobre cambios y proyectos nuevos en la planta, mediante comunicación con el Gerente de la planta.
  • Otras tareas asignadas por el Supervisor.

Requirements

  • BA/BS en Contabilidad
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y bajo presión.
  • Totalmente bilingüe (español e inglés).
  • Experiencia con sistemas de contabilidad automatizados.
  • Indispensable el conocimiento de excel, habilidad numérica y responsabilidad.
  • Excelente capacidad de organización, planificación y seguimiento.
  • Organización y control de archivos.
  • Excelente habilidad de comunicación verbal y escrita.
