The posting

Syarah is on a mission to transform the way people buy cars in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. We offer customers an end-to-end digital car buying experience, allowing them to purchase their next vehicle from the comfort of their homes. Behind the scenes, we build and operate systems that manage vehicle sourcing, inspection, photography, merchandising, reconditioning, financing, insurance, shipping, and much more. Our goal is to make car buying a seamless, transparent, and enjoyable experience.

To ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of vehicle content before it is published on the platform. This includes reviewing vehicle data, images, specifications, and inspection reports to ensure compliance with established quality standards and company policies, ultimately providing customers with reliable information and an excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review vehicle listings before publication and ensure all required information is complete.
  • Verify the accuracy of vehicle information, including make, model, trim, year of manufacture, specifications, and features.
  • Review vehicle images to ensure they match the actual vehicle and comply with approved photography standards.
  • Ensure all content is free from spelling, formatting, and factual errors.
  • Cross-check vehicle information against supporting documents or approved systems when required.
  • Identify and correct errors or return incomplete listings to the relevant team for completion.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's publishing policies and content quality standards.
  • Monitor recurring issues and recommend improvements to reduce errors and enhance content quality.
  • Document recurring problems and report them to the Content Supervisor or Content Manager.
  • Contribute to improving review procedures and quality control processes.
  • Review all types of vehicle images and ensure they meet the approved photography standards.
  • Audit 360-degree vehicle images to ensure completeness, technical quality, and the absence of technical issues, missing frames, or unclear images.
  • Ensure that 360-degree images accurately represent the vehicle's condition and provide customers with a complete viewing experience.
  • Review and match images of vehicle damage or visible defects with the information documented in the vehicle inspection report.
  • Audit technical vehicle inspection reports to ensure all required sections, findings, and observations are complete.
  • Verify consistency between the inspection report, the vehicle's visible condition in the images, and the information provided in the listing.
  • Ensure all technical findings and damages identified during inspection are documented in accordance with approved company policies.
  • Verify that supporting images are available for reported defects and damages when required.
  • Identify discrepancies or missing information between vehicle images, inspection reports, and listing data, and escalate them to the relevant team for correction before publication.
  • Ensure that all published vehicle listings contain accurate and reliable information, images, and inspection reports to promote transparency and build customer trust.

Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in content review, data entry, or quality control; experience in the automotive or e-commerce industry is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of vehicle makes, models, trims, and specifications.
  • Proficiency in using electronic systems and content management tools.
  • Strong proofreading and attention-to-detail skills.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
