The posting

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Contrôleur de gestion junior pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable d'assister le département de contrôle de gestion dans l'analyse des performances financières de l'entreprise. Vous contribuerez à la préparation de budgets, à l'analyse des écarts et à la mise à jour des prévisions financières. Ce poste est idéal pour un candidat désireux d'approfondir ses connaissances en finance et en gestion tout en ayant une approche analytique et une volonté d'apprendre au sein d'une entreprise en pleine croissance.

Responsibilities

  • Aider à la préparation des budgets et des prévisions financières
  • Analyser les écarts entre les budgets et les résultats réels
  • Produire des rapports mensuels sur les performances financières
  • Collaborer avec différents départements pour comprendre les coûts et identifier les opportunités d'amélioration
  • Participer à l'élaboration de tableaux de bord pour suivre les performances de l'entreprise
  • Effectuer des analyses financières ad hoc sur demande de la direction

Requirements

  • Master en finance, comptabilité ou domaine similaire
  • Expérience antérieure en stage ou en emploi dans le domaine de la finance ou du contrôle de gestion est un plus
  • Solides compétences en Excel et maîtrise des outils de gestion financière
  • Capacité à analyser des données complexes et à en tirer des conclusions
  • Bonnes compétences en communication et en travail d'équipe
  • Esprit critique et sens de l'organisation
