The posting

En tant que Contrôleur de gestion Groupe, vous serez en charge de la planification, du suivi et de l'analyse des performances financières de l'ensemble du groupe. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les différentes unités opérationnelles pour élaborer des outils de gestion efficaces qui favoriseront la prise de décisions stratégiques.

Responsabilités

  • Réaliser des analyses financières mensuelles et trimestrielles pour l'ensemble du groupe.
  • Participer à l'élaboration des budgets annuels et des prévisions financières.
  • Produire des reportings de performance et des indicateurs clés pour une meilleure visibilité sur l'activité du groupe.
  • Accompagner les équipes opérationnelles dans l'optimisation des coûts et l'amélioration des marges.
  • Préparer des présentations pour la direction sur les résultats financiers et les recommandations stratégiques.
  • Collaborer avec le département comptable pour s'assurer de la fiabilité des données financières.
  • Effectuer des analyses ad hoc nécessaires à la prise de décision.

Requirements

  • Formation supérieure en finance, comptabilité ou contrôle de gestion.
  • Expérience professionnelle de 5 ans minimum dans un rôle similaire, de préférence en environnement international.
  • Excellentes compétences analytiques et maîtrise des outils ERP et de reporting.
  • Capacité à communiquer efficacement et à travailler en équipe.
  • Connaissance approfondie des normes comptables et financières.
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de traitement de données (Excel, BI) est un plus.
