À propos du poste

Relevant directement du CFO, le ou la contrôleur.euse joue un rôle clé à la fois opérationnel et stratégique. Dans ce rôle vos principales responsabilités sont :

Comptabilité et fermeture financière

  • Diriger le processus de fermeture de mois et annuelles
  • Comptabiliser les écritures mensuelles
  • Comptabiliser les paies et les provisions associées
  • Préparer et réviser les états financiers et les réconciliations de bilan
  • Assurer l’exactitude et fiabilité des états financiers

Reporting et Analyses

  • Produire et analyser les états financiers et les indicateurs de performance
  • Analyse les écarts entre le budget, les prévisions et le réel
  • Analyse la marge par projet, client

Technologies et amélioration continue

  • Collaborer avec les ressources IT afin d’optimiser l’ERP et les outils financiers
  • Développer et optimiser les outils de suivi de performance financière et opérationnelle
  • Contribuer à l’optimisation et l’automatisation des processus d’affaires

Fiscalité, audit et conformité

  • Préparer et produire les déclarations de taxes
  • Effectuer les paiements (taxes et acomptes provisionnels)
  • Préparer les documents pour les audits externes
  • Répondre aux demandes des auditeurs
  • Renforcer les contrôles internes et la conformité comptable

Budget et planification

  • Participer à la préparation du budget annuel
  • Supporter les équipes opérationnelles dans la planification financière

Profil recherché

  • Titre CPA (obligatoire)
  • Minimum de 4 ans d’expérience en comptabilité / contrôle
  • Solide expérience dans le cycle comptable complet et la fermeture de fin de mois
  • Expérience en cabinet de services-conseils ou en entreprise de services professionnels, un atout
  • Expérience avec un logiciel comptable (ex. : Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
  • Excellente maîtrise d’Excel
  • Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et souci du détail
  • Esprit d’équipe, autonomie et proactivité
