The posting

Η MFP , εταιρεία του ομίλου MellonGroup επιθυμεί να προσλάβει για λογαριασμό μεγάλου Χρηματοπιστωτικού Οργανισμού με έδρα τη Ν.Ιωνία Αττικής, συνεργάτη στο τμήμα του Procurement για τον ρόλο Contract Management Officer.

Οι βασικές αρμοδιότητες της θέσης περιλαμβάνουν:

  • Υποστήριξη στη διαχείριση του συνολικού κύκλου ζωής των συμβάσεων (Contract Lifecycle Management), από την προετοιμασία και ανανέωση έως την τροποποίηση, παρακολούθηση συμβατικών υποχρεώσεων και λήξη συμβάσεων.
  • Προετοιμασία, επεξεργασία και παρακολούθηση συμβάσεων που αφορούν ενδεικτικά IT/ICT, Non-IT, Consulting, Construction, Technical & Maintenance Services.
  • Συντονισμό με τις εμπλεκόμενες Μονάδες και λοιπούς stakeholders για την έγκαιρη ολοκλήρωση της συμβατικής διαδικασίας και παρακολούθηση εκκρεμοτήτων, λήξεων, ανανεώσεων, τροποποιήσεων και απαιτούμενων εγκρίσεων.
  • Υποστήριξη στην παρακολούθηση ICT / outsourcing συμβάσεων και των σχετικών κανονιστικών και εσωτερικών απαιτήσεων.
  • Συμμετοχή στη διαχείριση BCP, Internal Audit / Regulatory Findings, RCSA και λοιπών ελεγκτικών ή κανονιστικών απαιτήσεων που σχετίζονται με συμβάσεις και τρίτους προμηθευτές.
  • Συμμετοχή στην ετήσια αξιολόγηση προμηθευτών και στην υποστήριξη σχετικών εσωτερικών ή εξωτερικών επιθεωρήσεων / ελέγχων, συμπεριλαμβανομένων ISO 9001 και ISO 14001.
  • Προετοιμασία και παροχή στοιχείων και αναφορών προς εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς φορείς / ελεγκτικές αρχές, όπου απαιτείται.
  • Καταχώρηση και συστηματική ενημέρωση των συμβάσεων στην πλατφόρμα Contract Management, με έμφαση στην πληρότητα, ακρίβεια και ποιότητα των δεδομένων και metadata.
  • Προετοιμασία reports, KPIs και ad-hoc αναλύσεων που αφορούν το χαρτοφυλάκιο συμβάσεων και τις σχετικές υποχρεώσεις.

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο ανώτερου / ανώτατου εκπαιδευτικού ιδρύματος.
  • Προηγούμενη επαγγελματική εμπειρία σε Contract Management, Procurement, Legal Operations, Vendor Management ή συναφές αντικείμενο.
  • Εμπειρία στην προετοιμασία, επεξεργασία ή/και παρακολούθηση συμβάσεων.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας, σε γραπτό και προφορικό λόγο.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office, με ιδιαίτερη έμφαση σε Word, Excel και PowerPoint.
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών παράλληλων εργασιών και προτεραιοτήτων εντός συγκεκριμένων χρονικών και ποιοτικών προδιαγραφών.
  • Ισχυρή οργανωτική ικανότητα, αναλυτική σκέψη και ιδιαίτερη προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και στην ποιότητα των δεδομένων.
  • Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ομαδικό πνεύμα, με δυνατότητα αποτελεσματικής συνεργασίας σε διατμηματικό επίπεδο.

Eπιθυμητά Προσόντα:

  • Σπουδές Νομικής, Οικονομικής ή Διοικητικής κατεύθυνσης.
  • Γνώση νομικής / συμβατικής ορολογίας και εξοικείωση με συμβάσεις IT/ICT και Outsourcing.
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε τράπεζα ή άλλο regulated environment.
  • Εξοικείωση με κανονιστικές απαιτήσεις που αφορούν third-party / outsourcing arrangements.
  • Εμπειρία στη χρήση Contract Management / CLM platforms, καθώς και σε audit, supplier evaluation, risk/control activities ή regulatory reporting.
