Contract Manager

Contexte du poste

Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, notre client, acteur du secteur bancaire, recherche un(e) Contract Manager, rattaché(e) à la Direction Juridique et/ou Conformité, pour piloter la gestion, le suivi et la sécurisation de l'ensemble du portefeuille contractuel de l'établissement, dans le respect du cadre réglementaire bancaire en vigueur.

Missions principales

• Piloter le cycle de vie complet des contrats : rédaction, révision, négociation, signature, suivi et renouvellement.

• Assurer la conformité juridique et réglementaire des contrats conclus avec les clients, fournisseurs et partenaires.

• Suivre et sécuriser les contrats d'externalisation et de prestations essentielles, dans le respect des directives de Bank Al-Maghrib en matière d'outsourcing bancaire.

• Identifier, évaluer et gérer les risques contractuels, en lien avec les directions juridique, conformité et risques.

• Mettre en place et faire vivre les outils et process de gestion contractuelle (CLM), y compris l'archivage et le suivi des échéances.

• Conseiller et accompagner les équipes internes (achats, commercial, opérations) sur les clauses, engagements et obligations contractuelles.

• Participer aux négociations avec les fournisseurs, prestataires, clients ou partenaires.

• Assurer une veille réglementaire sur les évolutions du cadre bancaire, prudentiel et de lutte contre le blanchiment (LBC/FT) impactant la gestion contractuelle.

• Produire des reportings réguliers sur l'état du portefeuille contractuel et les points d'attention.

Requirements

Profil recherché

• Formation Bac+5 en droit des affaires / juridique, achats ou gestion de contrats.

• Expérience professionnelle de 3 à 5 ans minimum sur des fonctions similaires.

• Une expérience acquise dans le secteur bancaire ou financier, combinant idéalement juridique / conformité et gestion / suivi de contrats, est fortement appréciée.

Compétences requises

• Bonne maîtrise du droit des contrats et des techniques de négociation contractuelle.

• Connaissance du cadre réglementaire bancaire marocain (Bank Al-Maghrib, exigences prudentielles, LBC/FT).

• Capacité d'analyse et de gestion des risques juridiques et contractuels.

• Maîtrise des outils de gestion contractuelle (CLM) et du Pack Office.

• Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et de synthèse.

• Bon niveau d'anglais professionnel, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.

Qualités personnelles

• Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et de la méthode.

• Autonomie, proactivité et esprit d'initiative.

• Bon relationnel, sens de la diplomatie et de la négociation.

• Discrétion et respect strict de la confidentialité, notamment vis-à-vis des données bancaires et financières sensibles.
