The posting

Mantener los niveles y la data de inventario en el almacén de herramientas para dar servicio a los mecánicos y técnicos garantizando el cumplimiento de todas las normas de seguridad de los alimentos, incluidas las GMP, HACCP, OSHA, NFPA, etc.

Responsibilidades

Atender a los clientes internos con respecto a piezas y otros materiales.

Recibir mercancía, organizarla, subir la misma al “Stock Room” y validar que sean las correctas y con sus respectivas cantidades.

Generar requisiciones de compra según sea requerido.

Generar las hojas de recibos y entregar las mismas en compras.

Mantener los niveles de inventarios correctos.

Etiquetar y documentar mercancía que no está dentro del sistema de mantenimiento como un ítem de inventario nuevo, según sea requerido.

Mantener todo el “Stock Room” organizado y limpio.

Subir y bajar piezas del sistema de inventario cuando sea requerido.

Dar seguimiento a las hojas de inspección de los montacargas y generar en el sistema los respectivos correctivos.

Dar seguimiento a los mantenimientos preventivos de los montacargas.

Dar seguimiento a las reparaciones de los montacargas.

Dar seguimiento a la compra de piezas.

Mantener el taller de montacargas completamente limpio, velando por el buen uso de esta área por los contratistas.

Mantener comunicación con temas de seguimiento con sus compañeros de trabajo o cualquier otro tema relacionado al área de trabajo.

Inspección de la caja de herramientas de los mecánicos.

Inspección de grúas y pastecas.

Inspección de los arnés.

Requirements

  • Educación – Cuarto escuela superior ● Experiencia –Experiencia en inventario, almacén o data entry.
  • Destrezas de Lenguaje – Habilidad para leer e interpretar documentos como manuales de procedimientos.
  • Conocimiento básico de programas de computadora como Word, Excel y Outlook.
  • Otros Requisitos – Responsable y Puntual.
  • Habilidades – Debe ser ordenado y enfocado a resultados y a seguir procedimientos.
  • Debe poder cargar un peso de por lo menos 45 libras.
