The posting

· Suivre le marché et les comportements des concurrents afin de proposer des réponses adaptées aux besoins des clients.

· Revoir, mettre en place et standardiser l’agencement des espaces, la politique de prix et l’assortiment par magasin en coordination avec les équipes centrales et locales.

· S’assurer que l’offre en magasin respecte la stratégie et les standards définis (merchandising, manuels, accords) via la formation régulière des vendeurs et des détaillants.

· Être le point focal pour les contrats fournisseurs et veiller au respect de leurs engagements.

· Suivre de manière proactive la performance commerciale, analyser les ventes et les données P&L afin d’identifier les écarts et mettre en place des actions correctives.

· Exploiter les données pour améliorer l’expérience client et proposer des actions d’amélioration.

· Être responsable des KPI de crédit client (facturation, recouvrement, etc.).

· Participer à la préparation des revues d’activité et du plan annuel

Requirements

Nous recherchons un candidat (H/F) répondant aux critères suivants :

· Formation ( BAC +4/5) en Gestion Commerciale, Ventes, Marketing, ou tout autre domaine connexe.

· Expérience professionnelle de 3 à 4 ans en Category Management dans le secteur du Retail ou des FMCG.

· Bonne maitrise de la gestion des fournisseurs et du merchandising.

v Compétences interpersonnelles :

· Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles.

· Capacité à former et accompagner d’autres collaborateurs.

· Orientation client :

· Aptitude à comprendre et analyser les besoins des clients afin de proposer des offres adaptées.

v Approche terrain :

· Pragmatique, orienté( e) solutions, avec la capacité de passer du temps sur le terrain / site.

· Maîtrise des techniques de négociation.

· Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais (oral et écrit).
