Por encargo de nuestro cliente, estamos realizando esta búsqueda para la posición de: CONVERSATIONAL DESIGNER (AGENTFORCE)

Objetivo del Puesto:

Diseñar, gestionar e implementar flujos de conversación automáticos multicanal basados en IA, con el objetivo de aumentar la tasa de adopción de dichos canales. En proyectos Salesforce, este rol diseña la personalidad, tono, arquitectura de diálogo e intents de los agentes construidos sobre Agentforce, traduciendo el diseño conversacional a la estructura nativa de Topics e Instructions.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar bots enfocándose en personalidad, voz, tono y vocabulario estándar.
  • Diseñar diálogos y reparar flujos de error para mejorar la conversación e incrementar el Task Completion Rate.
  • Diseñar arquitecturas de información para conversaciones.
  • Aplicar técnicas y metodologías de mejora continua.
  • Definir scripting e integraciones con sistemas de negocio a nivel de diseño conversacional.
  • Traducir el diseño de personalidad, tono e intents a la estructura nativa de Topics e Instructions de Agentforce.
  • Diseñar y documentar casos de borde y fricciones esperadas (manejo de ambigüedad, fallback, escalamiento a humano).

Requirements

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia en diseño de conversaciones/experiencias conversacionales (chatbots, IVR, voicebots o agentes LLM).
  • Diseño de flujo de conversación y arquitectura de información conversacional.
  • Diseño conversacional en Agentforce (Topics, Instructions) o experiencia transferible en plataformas de chatbot (Dialogflow, Rasa, Bot Framework).
  • Diseño de guardrails y manejo de ambigüedad para agentes generativos.
  • Comprensión funcional de NLP e integración de sistemas a nivel de diseño (no desarrollo).
  • Deseable: certificación Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist o portafolio verificable equivalente.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar REMOTO de Lunes a Viernes de 9:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m.
