We are looking for a curious, data-obsessed Intern CRO Specialist to join our team. In this role, you won't just look at numbers; you will actively investigate why users behave the way they do and help find solutions to improve their experience across the entire customer journey.

Role Overview

As an Intern CRO Specialist, you will support the growth team in analyzing user behavior, identifying friction points on client websites, and setting up experiments. This hands-on role is designed to develop your skills in UX research, web analytics, and A/B testing under the direct mentorship of senior experts.

This hands-on role is designed to develop your skills in UX research, web analytics, and A/B testing under the direct mentorship of senior experts.

Key Responsibilities

Audit & Research

  • Conduct heuristic evaluations on full websites (Home, Category, Product Pages) and checkout flows to identify user friction and UX bottlenecks.
  • Analyze user behavior using heatmaps, scroll maps, and session recordings (using tools like Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar).
  • Perform "Message Match" audits to ensure that digital ad copy aligns seamlessly with landing page content.

Data Analysis

  • Analyze conversion funnels in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to pinpoint where users drop off and identify underperforming audience segments.
  • Gather and synthesize qualitative data from customer surveys, feedback forms, and reviews to understand the motivation behind user actions.

Prioritization & A/B Testing

  • Assist in prioritizing test ideas using scoring frameworks (e.g., ICE or PIE) to focus on high-impact opportunities.
  • Support the team in formulating strong, data-backed hypotheses for A/B tests.
  • Assist in setting up, launching, and QA-ing A/B tests using tools like VWO, FigPii, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms.
  • Monitor live tests to ensure data accuracy and track statistical significance.

Reporting & Communication

  • Assist in creating clear, actionable reports summarizing audit findings and test results.
  • Help translate complex quantitative and qualitative data into simple, digestible insights for clients.

Requirements

  • Education & Background: Recent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Business Administration, UX/UI Design, Computer Science, or a related field. (No previous professional experience is required).
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets). You have a passion for finding patterns and solving problems.
  • Basic Knowledge: Familiarity with the concepts of Google Analytics, UX research, or heatmap tools (Clarity/Hotjar) through academic projects, online courses, or self-study is a strong plus.
  • Basic Technical Skills: A basic understanding of HTML & CSS (e.g., knowing how to inspect an element in a browser or change a button style) is highly preferred.
  • Soft Skills: High intellectual curiosity, strong attention to detail, and a desire to learn behavioral psychology and optimization methodologies.
  • Language: Good command of written and spoken English.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
