Buscamos talento para realizar actividades administrativas. Serás responsable de supervisar y asegurar que los procedimientos y estándares establecidos se cumplan de manera constante, lo que contribuye a mantener la calidad del servicio y la satisfacción del cliente.

Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 8:00 am. a 6:00 pm

Esquema de trabajo: Presencial

Ubicación: Parque Industrial Benito Juárez, Qro.

Requirements

  • Licenciatura en Negocios Internacionales, Informática Administrativa o carrera Administrativa (pasante/ titulado)
  • Experiencia mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en puestos similares.
  • Experiencia con actividades de seguimiento, control, auditoría, monitoreo, contacto con otras áreas de la empresa.
  • Experiencia en trato con líderes.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.

Experiencia:

  • Conocimientos en Excel
  • Planeación estratégica

Actividades:

  • Manejo de evidencia de minutas con clientes.
  • Gestión y control de activos (equipos de cómputo, celulares, herramientas y vehículos asignados)
  • Análisis financiero.
  • Recopilación de información.
