Empresa productora de alimento balanceado en crecimiento, con operación exigente y ritmo alto. El rol se abre en un momento de transición operativa (salida del responsable de producción y movimientos internos), por lo que la persona entra a reorganizar, estabilizar y estructurar la planta, trabajando directamente con gerencia.

Objetivo del rol

  • Tomar control de la operación de planta y asegurar continuidad, eficiencia y orden en tres frentes clave: producción, mantenimiento y compras, con impacto directo en resultados del negocio.

Prioridades del rol

  1. Producción (principal foco)
  2. Cumplimiento de metas de volumen y calidad
  3. Control de parámetros técnicos
  4. Supervisión de líneas (pelletizado, maíz rolado, núcleos)
  5. Mantenimiento (crítico)
  6. Planes preventivo
  7. Resolución de fallas
  8. Coordinación de proveedores técnicos
  9. Compras (complementario)
  10. Negociación con proveedores
  11. Control de costos
  12. Abastecimiento oportuno
  13. Logística (seguimiento, no ejecución directa)
  14. Supervisión del responsable de logística
  15. Inventarios, despachos y trazabilidad

Requirements

+3 años en plantas de producción (ideal agroindustria o alimento animal)

Experiencia liderando equipos operativos en planta

Haber tenido responsabilidad sobre producción + mantenimiento (ideal)

Experiencia en contextos donde haya tenido que: o Reorganizar operaciones o Resolver crisis operativas o Trabajar con presión y urgencia
