Buscamos un Coordinador de TI con experiencia en infraestructura tecnológica, soporte, servicios administrados, implementación de soluciones y coordinación de operaciones de TI.

La posición será responsable de coordinar la operación e implementación de servicios de infraestructura, ciberseguridad, servidores, virtualización, respaldos y soluciones cloud, asegurando la continuidad operativa, calidad del servicio, cumplimiento de SLA y correcta ejecución de proyectos.

También tendrá bajo su responsabilidad la coordinación de personal técnico, proveedores y especialistas, así como el seguimiento de proyectos y la comunicación técnica con clientes.

Funciones y responsabilidades

  • Coordinar la operación de servicios administrados, infraestructura, ciberseguridad, servidores, virtualización, respaldos y cloud.
  • Dar seguimiento a tickets, incidentes, requerimientos, escalaciones y actividades programadas.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de SLA, tiempos de respuesta, resolución y compromisos operativos.
  • Coordinar implementaciones de servidores físicos y virtuales, virtualización, backup, recuperación y soluciones cloud.
  • Coordinar despliegues de firewall, VPN, EDR/XDR, MFA, antivirus, segmentación y controles de acceso.
  • Supervisar infraestructura, capacidad, disponibilidad y continuidad operativa
  • Presentar reportes a Dirección sobre resultados, riesgos, desviaciones y planes de acción.
  • Coordinar, supervisar y evaluar al equipo técnico.

Requirements

Requisitos indispensables

  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia en infraestructura TI, soporte, servicios administrados, implementaciones o coordinación de operaciones tecnológicas.
  • Experiencia coordinando personal técnico N1/N2, especialistas o proveedores.
  • Experiencia en proyectos relacionados con servidores, virtualización, respaldos, cloud, redes o ciberseguridad.
  • Experiencia en implementación y despliegue de soluciones de infraestructura y seguridad.
  • Conocimientos de ITIL y gestión de servicios de TI.
  • Conocimientos en virtualización mediante VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox o tecnologías equivalentes.
  • Conocimientos en servicios cloud y modelos IaaS/SaaS.
  • Conocimientos en TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, switching, routing y redes inalámbricas.
  • Conocimientos en firewall, VPN y segmentación.
  • Conocimientos básicos/intermedios en ciberseguridad.
  • Conocimientos en EDR/XDR, MFA, controles de acceso, vulnerabilidades, parches y actualizaciones.

Escolaridad

Formación en alguna de las siguientes áreas:

  • Ingeniería en Sistemas.
  • Tecnologías de la Información.
  • Telecomunicaciones.
  • Informática.
  • Ciberseguridad.

Deseable

  • Experiencia con Synology, OCI, Azure, AWS o equivalentes.
  • Experiencia con Fortinet, Microsoft Defender, Hornet Security, EDR/XDR o equivalentes.
  • Manejo de plataformas como Odoo, GLPI, Freshservice, Zendesk, Jira Service Management o similares.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de monitoreo como Nagios, Zabbix, RMM o equivalentes.
  • Inglés conversacional.
