The posting

Objetivo:

Garantizar el bienestar laboral, el cumplimiento de normativas en seguridad y salud, así como el desarrollo del talento humano mediante estrategias de capacitación, comunicación interna y mejora organizacional. Alinear las políticas de RH con los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa, promoviendo un ambiente de trabajo seguro, productivo y colaborativo.

Responsabilidades Principales

1. Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo

  • Supervisar programas de seguridad laboral conforme a la NOM-035-STPS (Factores de riesgo psicosocial) y otras normativas aplicables (ej: NOM-030, NOM-019).
  • Realizar evaluaciones de riesgo y auditorías internas para identificar áreas de mejora.
  • Coordinar con áreas operativas la aplicación de protocolos de prevención de accidentes y primeros auxilios.
  • Gestionar la comisión de seguridad e higiene y reportar incidentes a instancias correspondientes (IMSS, STPS).
  • Capacitar a empleados en temas de seguridad, ergonomía y salud mental.

2. Desarrollo Organizacional

  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias de clima laboral (encuestas, focus groups, planes de acción).
  • Analizar indicadores de rotación, ausentismo y satisfacción laboral para proponer mejoras.
  • Colaborar con líderes en la gestión del cambio (reestructuraciones, fusiones, adopción de nuevas tecnologías).
  • Promover una cultura organizacional alineada a los valores de la empresa.

3. Capacitación y Desarrollo de Talento

  • Identificar necesidades de capacitación mediante diagnósticos (ej: brechas de competencias).
  • Diseñar y ejecutar planes de capacitación (presenciales, e-learning, talleres) en temas técnicos y blandos.
  • Gestionar el presupuesto de capacitación y evaluar el ROI de los programas.
  • Coordinar programas de mentoring, coaching y sucesión para puestos clave.

4. Comunicación Interna

  • Desarrollar estrategias de comunicación para asegurar la difusión efectiva de información (boletines, intranet, reuniones).
  • Gestionar canales de comunicación bidireccional (ej: buzón de sugerencias, encuestas de pulso).
  • Organizar eventos internos (ej: reconocimientos, charlas motivacionales, celebraciones institucionales).
  • Actuar como enlace entre la dirección y los empleados para transmitir mensajes clave y recoger feedback.

5. Cumplimiento Legal y Administrativo

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de obligaciones laborales (contratos, finiquitos, altas/bajas en IMSS/INFONAVIT).
  • Participar en la elaboración de políticas internas (código de ética, reglamento interior de trabajo).
  • Apoyar en procesos de certificaciones (ej: Great Place to Work, ISO 45001).

Requirements

Formación Académica

  • Licenciatura en Psicología, Administración, Recursos Humanos o afín.
  • Deseable: Especialización en Seguridad e Higiene, Desarrollo Organizacional o Comunicación.

Experiencia

  • 3 a 5 años en puestos similares, preferiblemente en empresas con +300 colaboradores.
  • Experiencia en manufactura, automotriz, aeronáutica o servicios (según el giro de la empresa).
  • Manejo de normativas laborales mexicanas (LFT, NOMs de STPS).

Habilidades Técnicas

  • Conocimiento en metodologías de diagnóstico organizacional (ej: modelo de Denison).
  • Manejo de plataformas de capacitación (ej: Moodle, Cornerstone) y herramientas de comunicación (ej: Microsoft Teams, Slack).
  • Dominio de Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, gráficos) y software de RH (ej: SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR).

Habilidades Blandas

  • Liderazgo para influir en equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Comunicación asertiva (oral y escrita).
  • Resolución de conflictos y negociación.
  • Orientación a resultados con enfoque humano.

Idiomas

  • Inglés intermedio (B2): Empresa multinacional, constante interacción con extranjeros.
