Coordinateur d'inspection

Intertek, leader mondial des services ATIC (Assurance, Tests, Inspection et Certification), recherche un(e) Coordinteur(trice) d'inspection pour accompagner l’un de ses clients industriels, acteur reconnu dans la conception et la réalisation d’équipements et de projets industriels d’envergure.

La prestation s’inscrit dans le cadre d’un projet industriel nécessitant un suivi qualité et inspection rigoureux auprès des fournisseurs et sous-traitants.

Statut : à définir selon le profil Début de mission : entre juillet et décembre 2026 Durée estimée : 12 à 18 mois renouvelables, avec forte probabilité d’extension

Missions principales :

  • Mettre à jour le Plan Qualité Projet (si nécessaire).
  • Préparer des rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels au Responsable Qualité Produit et au Responsable de Lot de Travaux.
  • Contribuer à la préparation du reporting mensuel Produit.
  • Vérifier la bonne mise en œuvre de la stratégie de Surveillance dans les Plans d'Inspection et d'Essais.
  • Assurer et coordonner les échanges techniques et les travaux liés à l'activité de fabrication en collaboration avec les spécialistes techniques.
  • Finaliser la stratégie de Surveillance et préparer le plan de surveillance en collaboration avec le Responsable Qualité Produit.
  • Préparer et assister aux réunions de pré-inspection dans les principales usines des Fournisseurs/sous-traitants concernant les sujets d'Inspection.
  • Examiner les Plans d'Inspection et d'Essais (ITP) des Fournisseurs conformément à la stratégie de surveillance.
  • Sélectionner les points de contrôle qualité (conformément à la criticité des équipements) et valider l'ITP en relation avec les spécialistes techniques.
  • Vérifier la bonne mise en œuvre de chaque ITP pendant la fabrication par les fournisseurs.
  • Gérer la notification d'Inspection (points de revue, de témoignage ou d'arrêt) et suivre les points de contrôle selon le Plan d'Inspection et d'Essais.
  • Coordonner avec les Agences d'Inspection agréées pour sélectionner l'inspecteur technique approprié et assurer leurs disponibilités pour effectuer l'inspection dans les usines des fournisseurs.
  • Gérer les inspecteurs techniques avec les Agences d'Inspection agréées (Suivi, Flash mail, Rapport d'Inspection...).
  • Assurer le suivi des travaux en suspens (Punch list) et des rapports de non-conformités (NCR), suivre les changements (demandes de modification) et les remarques pendant la fabrication jusqu'à la clôture.
  • Examiner la documentation du Contractant relative aux inspections (Procédure, enregistrements d'inspection...) et assurer la conformité avec les experts techniques.

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience confirmée en coordination d’inspection, qualité projet, suivi fournisseurs ou inspection industrielle.
  • Bonne connaissance des Plans d’Inspection et d’Essais (ITP), des NCR, punch lists et processus qualité.
  • Capacité à coordonner plusieurs interlocuteurs : fournisseurs, sous-traitants, agences d’inspection, experts techniques et équipes projet.
  • Bonne compréhension des environnements industriels et des activités de fabrication.
  • Bon niveau de communication, rigueur et capacité de suivi.
  • Anglais obligatoire, à l’écrit comme à l’oral, pour les échanges avec les équipes projet, fournisseurs et sous-traitants.
