The posting

Intertek, leader mondial des services ATIC (Assurance, Tests, Inspection et Certification), recherche un(e) Coordinateur(trice) Supply Chain - Suivi fournisseurs H/F pour accompagner l’un de ses clients industriels.

La prestation s’inscrit dans le cadre de la mise en place et du suivi d’un service d’expediting, avec un rôle central dans la coordination des commandes fournisseurs, le suivi administratif et la communication entre les différentes parties prenantes.

Missions principales :

  • Assurer la mise en place et la structuration du service expediting du client.
  • Suivre les commandes fournisseurs, de la passation jusqu’à la réception.
  • Effectuer les relances nécessaires auprès des fournisseurs.
  • Gérer la communication avec les fournisseurs : demandes, litiges, suivi des dossiers.
  • Mettre à jour les bases de données fournisseurs.
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance.
  • Développer et gérer un portefeuille fournisseurs.
  • Travailler en coordination avec les services achats, logistique et les autres départements.
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus liés à la gestion fournisseurs.

Requirements

Profil recherché :

  • Formation Bac+2 minimum en assistanat, administration des ventes, comptabilité ou gestion administrative/commerciale.
  • Expérience d’environ 5 ans sur un poste similaire.
  • Expérience en ADV, suivi fournisseurs, administration commerciale ou expediting.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques, notamment Office 365.
  • Capacité à gérer les dossiers en autonomie.
  • Rigueur, organisation et capacité à gérer les priorités.
  • Bon relationnel et bonne communication écrite et orale.
  • Autonomie, dynamisme et esprit d’initiative.
  • Anglais requis, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
