The posting

TEHORA est présentement à la recherche d’un(e) coordonnateur(trice) de chantier afin de contribuer à la réalisation de mandats en coordination de travaux multidisciplinaires dans le cadre de projets de construction d’infrastructures immobilières.

Sans être exhaustifs, voici les services et livrables que devra fournir la personne retenue.

Description des travaux ou des biens livrables :

• Assurer la coordination entre les entrepreneurs, les professionnels et les organismes concernés;

• Agir comme intermédiaire entre les différents intervenants du projet;

• Assurer le suivi de l’exécution des travaux conformément aux documents contractuels et techniques;

• Effectuer le suivi des livrables et des activités afin de prévenir les retards au chantier;

• Planifier, coordonner et participer aux réunions de coordination et de chantier;

• Produire les rapports journaliers faisant notamment état des travaux en cours, des entrepreneurs présents, du nombre de travailleurs, des conditions de chantier et des photographies pertinentes;

• Assurer le suivi de l’échéancier général des entrepreneurs et des échéanciers à court terme;

• Analyser et assurer le suivi des demandes de changement techniques;

• Effectuer le suivi des coûts liés aux changements et des soumissions des entrepreneurs;

• Assurer le suivi des demandes et ordres de changement ainsi que de la documentation afférente;

• Saisir et mettre à jour les données relatives aux changements dans les systèmes de suivi de projets;

• Assurer la coordination des travaux ayant un impact sur les activités de l’organisme client;

• Assurer le classement et l’archivage de la documentation technique et administrative du chantier;

• Collaborer avec l’équipe de projet afin d’assurer une cohérence dans la gestion du projet;

• Contribuer à la prévention et au règlement des situations conflictuelles et des litiges;

• Participer, lorsque requis, à la validation des demandes de paiement;

• Participer aux activités de mise en service et assurer le suivi de leur avancement;

• Participer aux visites de réception des travaux et assurer le suivi des déficiences;

• Assurer le suivi de la documentation de fin de chantier;

• Effectuer le suivi de la correction des déficiences et des activités de clôture du projet.

Requirements

  • Être titulaire d’un diplôme de technicien(ne) ou d’un baccalauréat dans une discipline liée à la gestion de projets de construction d’infrastructures immobilières;
  • Posséder un minimum de 5 années d’expérience en coordination de travaux multidisciplinaires en chantier liés à des projets d’infrastructures immobilières;
  • Maîtriser MS Project ainsi que la suite Office;
  • Avoir coordonné des travaux multidisciplinaires sur deux projets de construction d’infrastructures immobilières de plus de 8 M$ chacun;
  • Les deux projets doivent avoir été complétés au cours des 5 dernières années;
  • Au moins un des projets doit avoir eu un organisme public comme donneur d’ouvrage;
  • Avoir travaillé avec différents intervenants, notamment des donneurs d’ouvrage, des professionnels en ingénierie et en architecture ainsi que des entrepreneurs.

SALAIRE

Le salaire sera calculé sur la base du taux horaire moyen correspondant à votre profil et à votre expérience.

LIEU DE TRAVAIL

Ville de Québec – Présence sur les lieux du chantier avec possibilité de télétravail ponctuel selon les besoins du mandat.
