The posting

TEHORA est à la recherche d’un(e) coordonnateur(trice) de chantier afin de contribuer à la réalisation d’un mandat de coordination, de suivi de chantier et de mise en service d’un bâtiment dans le cadre d’un projet de construction et de réaménagement.

Sans être exhaustifs, voici les services et livrables que devra fournir la personne retenue.

Description des travaux ou des biens livrables :

  • Assurer la coordination et le suivi des activités de chantier dans le cadre du projet;
  • Effectuer le suivi de l’avancement des travaux et des différentes étapes de réalisation du projet;
  • Collaborer avec les différents intervenants impliqués dans la réalisation du projet;
  • Assurer le suivi des activités liées à la réalisation et au transfert du bâtiment au client;
  • Participer aux activités de coordination nécessaires à la bonne réalisation du mandat;
  • Effectuer le suivi des éléments nécessaires à la mise en service du bâtiment;
  • Participer aux activités de mise en service et assurer le suivi de leur avancement;
  • Assurer le suivi des éléments liés au transfert du bâtiment au client;
  • Collaborer avec les différents intervenants afin de faciliter la réalisation des activités de mise en service;
  • Effectuer le suivi des éléments techniques liés à la mise en service du bâtiment;
  • Identifier et suivre les éléments devant être complétés avant le transfert du bâtiment au client;
  • Assurer le suivi des activités jusqu’à la réalisation complète du mandat;
  • Participer aux activités de vérification et de suivi nécessaires à la mise en service du bâtiment;
  • Assurer une coordination efficace entre les différentes parties prenantes du projet;
  • Effectuer le suivi de la documentation et des éléments requis pour la mise en service et le transfert du bâtiment;
  • Contribuer à la bonne réalisation des activités de fin de chantier et de transfert du bâtiment.

Requirements

  • Posséder une expérience pertinente en mise en service d’un bâtiment;
  • Posséder de l’expérience pertinente en coordination et suivi de chantier;
  • Être en mesure d’intervenir durant les étapes de réalisation et de transfert du bâtiment au client;
  • Une formation en mécanique du bâtiment sera considérée comme un atout;
  • Être capable de collaborer avec différents intervenants dans le cadre d’un projet de construction.

SALAIRE

Le taux horaire sera déterminé en fonction du profil et de l’expérience de la personne retenue.

LIEU DE TRAVAIL

Québec. Présence sur les lieux du chantier requise selon les besoins du mandat.
