  • オフィス内コミュニケーション活性化の企画・実行（社内掲示・イベント企画など）
  • オフィスデザインやレイアウト改善の補助（什器配置・雰囲気づくり等）
  • オフィス美化活動（整理整頓・装飾・季節ディスプレイ等）
  • 備品調達・在庫管理・物品リストの更新
  • 来客対応・社内案内など、総務関連の軽作業サポート

② SNS運用・ブランディングサポート Social Media & Branding Support

  • SNS（例：LinkedIn, Instagram, Xなど）の投稿企画・文案作成・スケジュール管理
  • ブランドトーンに沿ったビジュアル素材作成（Canvaなどを活用）
  • 投稿結果の分析・改善提案
  • イベント・社内活動の広報サポート（撮影・編集・投稿）

③ 調査・資料作成サポート Research & Documentation Support

  • 市場調査・競合調査（リサーチ・レポート作成）
  • 社内外向け資料の作成支援（PowerPoint / Google Slides など）
  • 提案資料や社内報告書のデザイン・修正
  • 翻訳業務（日本語 ⇄ 英語 の資料や投稿文の翻訳）

Requirements

■ 必須スキル / Requirements

  • 基本的なPCスキル（Google Workspace / Microsoft Office）
  • CanvaやSNSツールへの基本理解
  • チームでのコミュニケーションスキル
