· Draft and format pleadings, notices, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, declarations, exhibit lists, correspondence, and other litigation documents for attorney review.

· File and serve documents in Nevada state and federal courts and monitor rules, filing confirmations, service, and follow-up requirements.

· Coordinate written discovery, document collection, review, production, privilege tracking, subpoenas, depositions, expert materials, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.

· Organize evidence, contracts, communications, business records, witness materials, deposition exhibits, hearing binders, and trial files.

· Support legal holds, document preservation, e-discovery workflows, and collection of information from business teams and third parties.

· Coordinate with outside counsel, courts, process servers, vendors, insurers, witnesses, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

· Maintain corporate entity records, minute books, formation documents, operating agreements, written consents, resolutions, annual filings, licenses, ownership records, and certificates of good standing.

· Support contract administration, signature routing, document comparison, approval tracking, renewal dates, obligations, and organized contract files.

· Prepare concise litigation, corporate, contract, and transaction status summaries for counsel and senior management.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

· Paralegal certificate, associate degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and substantive experience.

· At least 4 years of paralegal experience, with significant civil, commercial, real estate, construction, or business litigation responsibility.

· Strong working knowledge of Nevada state and federal court procedures, e-filing, service, calendaring, discovery, and litigation deadlines.

· Demonstrated experience preparing litigation documents and managing discovery and trial-preparation materials under attorney supervision.

· Advanced attention to detail, proofreading, document organization, deadline management, and follow-through.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills and the judgment to handle confidential and sensitive information.

· Resilient, proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing a high-volume workload with competing priorities.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, legal research tools, case-management systems, and electronic document-management platforms.

PARTICULARLY VALUABLE EXPERIENCE

· Nevada state and federal court filings and docket management

· Discovery, subpoenas, document production, e-discovery, depositions, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation

· Outside-counsel coordination, legal invoicing, and matter reporting

· Corporate entity records, consents, resolutions, annual filings, licenses, and minute books

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
