POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for providing timely and accurate reporting to the senior management, managing all operations of the branch, increasing sales and the customer base. The job role also includes building relations with Brokers/Transistor, Vendors & Customers.

Sales Operations:

  • To ensure the achievements of allotted sales targets.
  • Establish market strategies to increase sales (IF required)
  • To increase customer base & market share.
  • Periodic follow-up with customer for payments (Transfer & cheque) & Loading Plan.

Staff and Operations Management:

  • Utilization of staff and resources to get the optimum benefits for the organization.
  • Update the market view time to time to the upper management.
  • Establish adequate controls, to minimize fraud risks within the organization

Relationship Management and Reporting:

  • To Liase with Goverment department & Freezone Authiorty.
  • To ensure policies and procedures are implemented as per Head office & Local Goverment.
  • Supervising accurate and timely reporting to Head Office.
  • Visiting customers in respective Market as per requirment
  • Follow-up and communication with customer as instructed

Business Development:

  • Visit and advise new customer from market Respective market.
  • Identification of new area for Business.

Ad Hoc Activities:

  • Perform any other task assigned by company
  • Safeguarding of company assets in Respective Market.
  • Timely stock reordering as per market.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications

  • University Degree

Experience & Skills

  • Proficiency in English, Hindi.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Self- motivated with a result driven approach.
  • Willing to work under tough working conditions and ready to work for field job
  • Good communication skills & computer literate.
