The posting

About the Role

We are recruiting a Creator Park Manager to join a dedicated, full-time team embedded in our client’s Festival Programming function in Riyadh. The team will support two major events in Saudi Arabia: a flagship event in summer 2027 (July to August) and a further event in November 2027.

You will run the festival’s influencer zone, the Creator Park. You will decide which creators appear and when, and shape everything fans experience there, including:

  • Stage schedules
  • Creator line-ups
  • The content calendar
  • Fan experiences
  • Content capture

You will recommend creators to the client and design the formats, such as showmatches, meet and greets and community moments. You will also plan the practical set-up behind every format, from PCs and internet connectivity to filming and creator areas, and make real-time decisions on site.

This is a hands-on producing role. The grade reflects your seniority and judgement, not the size of a team you supervise. We are looking for a programmer who personally builds the creator schedules, formats and content calendars.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Park Programming

  • Programme the Creator Park, including its stages, creator schedules, content calendar, fan experience and content capture.
  • Build a line-up and schedule that keeps fans engaged throughout each event.

Creator and Talent Coordination

  • Identify and recommend creators to the client, who makes the final decision and handles contracting.
  • Coordinate with creators, creator organisations and talent management teams.

Format Design

  • Design formats such as showmatches, meet and greets, community moments and content capture.
  • Define the mechanics, throughput, space and staffing needs of every format.

Operational Planning

  • Plan the operational needs of the Creator Park, including hardware, software, connectivity, content capture, stages and creator areas.
  • Turn creative formats into clear technical and operational requirements.

Live Delivery and Review

  • Make real-time decisions on site during the live events.
  • Capture performance after each event cycle so the programme can keep improving.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in creator-led programming or esports events, at Manager level.
  • Experience across at least two live event seasons.
  • A proven record of personally producing creator and club programming, scheduling and live delivery. Only experience where you personally produced the work counts towards the requirement.

Ideal Background

  • A creator, influencer or esports programmer from large-scale live events.
  • Established relationships with creator organisations and talent management are a strong advantage.

Languages

  • Professional English is required.
  • Arabic is preferred.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time and exclusive: you will be dedicated to the client for the full contract term, with no other clients or projects.
  • Working options: work remotely on Riyadh hours (Sunday to Thursday), with travel to Riyadh and event locations as directed, or be based at the client’s office in Riyadh.
  • On site in Riyadh: you must be in Riyadh for the full operating periods of the summer 2027 event (July to August) and the November 2027 event, whichever working option you choose.

Benefits

  • A competitive package for the duration of a 14-month contract, with the potential to extend by up to 3 months
  • Flexible working, with a remote option during the planning phase
  • Creative ownership of the festival’s creator and influencer programme
  • A senior, hands-on role in a dedicated specialist team embedded with a major client
  • Valuable experience on one of the region’s most high-profile live events programmes

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
