Credit Control & Collection Officer

Σκοπός Θέσης

Αναζητούμε Credit Control Specialist για την υποστήριξη και αποτελεσματική διαχείριση των διαδικασιών πιστωτικού ελέγχου και εισπράξεων.

Ο/Η κάτοχος της θέσης θα έχει ενεργό ρόλο στην παρακολούθηση των υπολοίπων και των συναλλαγών πελατών, στον έλεγχο των εισπράξεων και στην έγκαιρη διαχείριση πιστωτικών θεμάτων, διασφαλίζοντας την ακρίβεια των οικονομικών στοιχείων και την ομαλή συνεργασία μεταξύ των εμπλεκόμενων τμημάτων.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

· Παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση πιστωτικών ορίων, υπολοίπων πελατών, υπερβάσεων και πιστωτικών φραγών.

· Καθημερινός έλεγχος των εμπορικών συναλλαγών και παρακολούθηση των σχετικών Credit Control Reports.

· Επικοινωνία με πελάτες για συμφωνία υπολοίπων, παρακολούθηση ληξιπρόθεσμων οφειλών και διασφάλιση της έγκαιρης είσπραξής τους.

· Διενέργεια πιστοληπτικού ελέγχου πελατών και αξιολόγηση στοιχείων στο πλαίσιο της πιστωτικής πολιτικής της εταιρείας.

· Διερεύνηση και επίλυση αποκλίσεων ή εκκρεμοτήτων που σχετίζονται με πληρωμές, εισπράξεις και υπόλοιπα πελατών.

· Προετοιμασία και παρακολούθηση Credit Control & Collections Reports, παρέχοντας έγκαιρη και αξιόπιστη πληροφόρηση προς τη Διοίκηση.

· Παρακολούθηση, συμφωνία και τακτική ενημέρωση των οικονομικών υπολοίπων.

· Συνεργασία με τα εμπλεκόμενα τμήματα για την άμεση και αποτελεσματική επίλυση θεμάτων που σχετίζονται με εισπράξεις, υπόλοιπα και πιστωτικό έλεγχο.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

· Προϋπηρεσία σε Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, Λογιστήριο ή Οικονομικό Τμήμα θα εκτιμηθεί ιδιαίτερα.

· Πολύ καλή γνώση Microsoft Excel, συμπεριλαμβανομένων Pivot Tables.

· Εξοικείωση με ERP συστήματα και οικονομικές εφαρμογές.

· Γνώση SAP θα θεωρηθεί σημαντικό πλεονέκτημα.

· Καλή κατανόηση διαδικασιών εισπράξεων, υπολοίπων πελατών και οικονομικών συναλλαγών.

· Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας.

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

· Σπουδές σε Οικονομικά, Λογιστική, Χρηματοοικονομικά, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφή κατεύθυνση.

· Εμπειρία σε διαδικασίες Credit Control, παρακολούθηση πιστωτικών ορίων και διαχείριση εμπορικών απαιτήσεων.

· Εμπειρία στη δημιουργία και παρακολούθηση οικονομικών αναφορών (reporting).

· Εμπειρία στην παρακολούθηση υπολοίπων και εισπράξεων πελατών.
