Unser Fokus: Effizienz und digitalisierte Hypothekenbewirtschaftung. finovo – die Hypotheker.

Deine Mission:

  • Prüfen & Bewerten - Du analysierst Hypothekaranträge für verschiedene Mandanten und behältst alle Risiken im Blick.
  • Hypotheken-Know-how - Du analysierst Kreditgesuche, erkennst Risiken und gibst fundierte Entscheidungen.
  • Kommunikationsprofi - Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit Mitarbeitenden externer Vertriebspartner (z.B. MoneyPark, weitere Broker) sowie telefonische Beratung von Darlehensnehmern.
  • Struktur & Strategie - Du optimierst Prozesse und hilfst, unsere Kreditvergabe effizienter zu gestallten.
  • Weiterentwicklung & Verantwortung - Mit Erfahrung im Hypothekengeschäft wächst Du zum Kontrolleur und übernimmst die Zweitprüfung von Kreditanträgen.

Requirements

Das bringst du mit:

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Kreditprüfung und/oder im Hypothekargeschäft
  • Ein gutes Gespür für Zahlen, Risiken & Chancen
  • Fliessende Italienisch- und Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Landessprachen von Vorteil
  • Teamgeist – du bist zuverlässig, handelst selbstverantwortlich und bringst dich aktiv ein
  • Analytische Persönlichkeit mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikationsstärke & Fingerspitzengefühl im Umgang mit Kunden und Partnern
