  • Review and approve purchase orders and invoices related to crew operations and mobilization/demobilisation, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and FAL requirements.
  • Coach and develop team members, strengthening their skills and competencies.
  • Perform other crewing-related duties as assigned by the Function and Business Unit Head.

Onshore HR Responsibilities

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in crewing and/or HR operations within the offshore/maritime sector, including experience managing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of international maritime crewing regulations and requirements, including STCW, ILO and MLC 2006, as well as applicable flag state requirements.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and managing multicultural, international crew.
  • Experience in union relations, CBA negotiations, and industrial relations is highly desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, unions, vendors, internal teams, and senior management.
  • Good understanding of HR generalist practices, particularly within a Brazilian employment environment.
  • Fluent in local language and English, both written and spoken.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
