We are seeking a friendly and efficient Fast Food Attendant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food, operating POS systems, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the food industry while ensuring customers have a positive dining experience.

Duties

  • Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Operate Micros POS system efficiently for order processing, cashiering, and transaction handling.
  • Manage customer orders with professionalism and accuracy, upselling menu items when appropriate.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and provide correct change to customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards.
  • Assist in food handling and storage procedures to ensure proper sanitation and safety protocols are followed.
  • Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and addressing customer needs promptly.
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Support team members in various restaurant operations as needed to ensure smooth workflow.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Kitchen experience or food industry background is advantageous but not mandatory.

Tâches:

  • Préparer et assembler les plats conformément aux normes de l’entreprise, en veillant à la qualité et à la présentation.
  • Utiliser efficacement le système de caisse Micros pour le traitement des commandes, l’encaissement et la gestion des transactions.
  • Gérer les commandes des clients avec professionnalisme et précision, en proposant des produits complémentaires lorsque cela est approprié.
  • Gérer les transactions en espèces avec précision et rendre correctement la monnaie aux clients.
  • Veiller à la propreté et à l’hygiène des postes de travail, des salles de restaurant et des équipements de cuisine, conformément aux normes de sécurité alimentaire.
  • Participer aux procédures de manipulation et de stockage des aliments afin de garantir le respect des protocoles d’hygiène et de sécurité.
  • Offrir un service client convivial en prenant les commandes, en répondant aux questions sur les plats du menu et en répondant rapidement aux besoins des clients.
  • Gérer efficacement son temps pendant les périodes de forte affluence afin d’assurer un service rapide.
  • Soutenir les membres de l’équipe dans diverses tâches du restaurant, selon les besoins, afin d’assurer le bon déroulement du travail.

Nous recherchons une personne présentant les profilés suivants :

  • Une expérience préalable dans le secteur de la restauration ou en milieu de restauration est appréciée mais n’est pas obligatoire ; une formation sera dispensée.
  • La maîtrise des systèmes de point de vente (POS) tels que Micros POS est un atout.
  • De solides compétences en service client et une attitude aimable.
  • Des compétences mathématiques de base pour gérer avec précision les transactions en espèces.
  • Une bonne compréhension des règles de sécurité alimentaire, d’hygiène et des procédures de manipulation des aliments.
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression pendant les heures de pointe tout en restant attentif aux détails.
  • De bonnes compétences en gestion du temps pour hiérarchiser efficacement les tâches.
  • Une expérience en cuisine ou dans le secteur alimentaire est un atout, mais n’est pas obligatoire.
