Je werkt met interessante organisaties en complexe klantvraagstukken, binnen een team van betrokken professionals. Je kent CRM. Je begrijpt dat goede customer engagement verder gaat dan een slimme campagne of een mooie e-mail. Je weet hoe data, technologie, marketing en commercie elkaar versterken.

En je krijgt energie van klanten helpen om daar écht beter in te worden.

Bij Deployteq zoeken we een CRM Consultant die organisaties helpt hun CRM- en customer engagementstrategie naar een hoger niveau te brengen. Je analyseert klantvraagstukken, ziet commerciële kansen en vertaalt deze naar concrete strategieën, use cases en roadmaps die ook daadwerkelijk worden uitgevoerd.

Wat ga je doen?

Je bent de strategische sparringpartner van onze klanten. Je:

  • analyseert CRM-, marketing-, data- en klantstrategieën en identificeert kansen;
  • ontwikkelt CRM-strategieën, use cases, prioriteiten en roadmaps;
  • adviseert over marketing automation, CDP, data, personalisatie, AI en omnichannel customer engagement;
  • begeleidt trajecten van analyse en advies tot implementatie;
  • gebruikt data en analytics om klanten verder te helpen;
  • verzorgt workshops, presentaties, QBR's en trainingen;
  • werkt samen met klanten aan campagnes en customer journeys;
  • signaleert commerciële kansen en vertaalt deze naar vervolgtrajecten;
  • deelt klant- en marktinzichten met Sales, Customer Success en Product.

Je adviseert dus niet vanaf de zijlijn. Je helpt klanten om strategie daadwerkelijk in de praktijk te brengen.

Requirements

Dit breng jij mee

Je hebt:

  • minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen CRM, customer engagement, marketing, consultancy, data of marketing automation;
  • ervaring met CRM-strategieën en roadmaps;
  • een goed begrip van de combinatie van data, technologie en marketing;
  • commerciële sensitiviteit;
  • bij voorkeur ervaring met marketing automation, CDP of customer data;
  • ervaring met het zelfstandig leiden van klanttrajecten;
  • uitstekende communicatievaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels.

Maar minstens zo belangrijk: je bent strategisch én pragmatisch. Je stelt scherpe vragen, maakt complexe vraagstukken eenvoudig en weet klanten in beweging te krijgen. Je bent analytisch, ondernemend en een sterke gesprekspartner op zowel operationeel, tactisch als strategisch niveau.
